I enjoyed Go Ahead apart from the FL ending up w 1 of her brothers, that was really off-putting. But literally everything else was perfect. & this version is amazing so far!! I don’t want to see it but ik she’ll probably end up w SH.
Juwon’s behaviour’s immature for her age sometimes, it seems a bit unrealistic. And the way the 3 are THAT close is odd when I compare it to how I was w my brothers at that age but I suppose people are all different
the way each ep ends makes me want the next ep now!!! but I still am a bit lost on who exactly the kid was at the end of ep 5. the one w a bandaged hand or whatever watching JK & JS fight. did he start the fire that killed their friend on purpose?
wow that scene when YJ went to the police station w some food for JK & he was just explaining how everything’s connected & she shouldn’t get involved was acted so well! Jisung really portrayed his character’s feelings so realistically

ahh 100% agree w this!!! just wrote a comment on how I think his “love” for her isn’t organic & you’ve worded it sm better. it’s more an obsession on fixing himself/his past than starting a new healthy relationship. and I found it v odd how he jumped into marriage w someone he barely knows + didn’t even mention it to his daughter before proposing

It feels like he’s convinced himself he likes her after kissing her + believing in her when she showed him the marriage papers. Like he’s forced himself to love her bc he thinks his future self loves her anyway so he might as well just get married now, the “love” he’s showing doesn’t seem organic as a viewer. So I’m glad she admitted the truth & called it off.
I’d rather see them restart a natural love not based off fraud

from what I’ve seen of ep 9, the ages did surprise me a teeny bit. I didn’t realise ALL of them are mid-20s to mid-30s, I thought Jaehyung & Juyeon would be early 20s.
omg the way Yongwoo went along w everything Juyeon wanted to do for their performance was so flipping cute, he’s such a lovely brother. this is why I wish I had an older brother instead of younger ones 😂
it’s so odd how they’re treating riko (the 18 yr old girl) as a child but they treat hikaru (who was also 18 when he joined) as an adult. like they just view him as an immature adult, it’s weird.
and it’s strange how everyone seemed to find it normal when he said his last relationship was as a 17 yr old w a 36 yr old woman. is that normal in Japan?? from the cultures (south Asian & British) I’ve been brought up with, that means he was groomed. but he said it so casually on an international show. I think they’d have a different reaction if riko said she’d been w a man double her age.
and it’s kinda sad seeing how far misaki is going for an 18 yr old, wearing revealing pyjamas etc. I think it’s a crush but she’s mistaken it for love bc it feels more intense w them constantly in each other’s surroundings
