It's been so long since I've watched a drama and preferred the second lead for the couple. As I was watching I thought "am I supposed to be liking Koh more that Pheem??" It's kinda crazy. It's not even just preferring Pheem, I don't even like Koh. It's not because of the "red flags" present in each character, it's that he became uninteresting after episode 5. The actors all had great chemistry, the problem is the characters lacking chemistry.... Like tell me why Pheem and Jira had more chemistry in a of couple scenes than Koh and Jira in those last three episodes? Koh just.... suddenly changed after being total trash and we didn't even see that develop through a vulnerable moment where Jira and Koh could really chat. By the time Koh got vulnerable in episodes 8-10, I didn't even care anymore. Basically watched episodes 6-10 for Pheem. If this was entirely a character-driven story, then it could have focused more on that... but it still had this "pretend to be me because my life is dangerous" and "AI is bad" plot-line that made no impact because it wasn't developed clearly enough.
The scenes related to Jira's artistic expression were the most entertaining outside of Pheem's scenes, at least for me personally. I'm not someone to take dramas too seriously, but I ended up feeling irritated while watching. The beginning was building up to something explosive, but it ended up a strange, unnecessary love triangle that made me roll my eyes at how it dragged on.

I can forgive a good plot with a boring romance, or a good romance with a boring plot, but this was neither for me. It's probably more enjoyable if you just like to see OffGun together.

Overall dissatisfied. But it's worth watching for Pheem. Without him, the show is an easy skip.
