Incredible short drama which will make you laugh and cry

This has been a refreshing drama. It has a little bit of humor, meaningful and touching stories, outstanding character portrayal. I literally couldn't ask for more.

As usual I love dramas with mini stories every episode while also creating a big picture for the drama overall. I love how the character developments are implemented and how the characters' stories are revealed one by one. There's a charm on the story wherein it's very simple yet it is also very deep.

The main leads' chemistry is very good. I love how their characters help each other to be a better person. The actors indeed make their characters come to life. GeuRu is now added on my most memorable fictional character list.

The whole drama is also 10 episodes only which why I'm able to fit it on my busy schedule. I recommend this if you want to watch and unwind on a weekend. This drama will surely make you laugh and cry and relieve your stress away.

Where's Season 3 Please

The wait is really worth it. As someone who loved Kingdom Season 1 and 2, this is a mich awaited prequel side story about the new character introduced just before Season 2 ended.

I was excited for 2 reasons: First, it's Jun JiHyun. I have seen most of her dramas and movies from comedy to action she's able to portray wide array of genres and always justifies the characters she play so when I saw her at the end of Season 2, I am already expecting a lot and yaz gurl she didn't failed my expectations and delivered the role of Ashin excellently. Second, Kingdom Season 1 and 2 left me with too many questions in mind. I watched both seasons in one go (because I was late on the trend and only watched it when Season 2 was released) so I really want the Season 3 to be out as soon as possible. Although no talks about it is still confirmed (as of writing), this movie somehow fed some of my curiousity. (But I still want the Season 3 ASAP) This movie introduce us to Ashin, the character who is shown at the end of Season 2 who is actively distributing the resurrection plant that brought pandemonium to the Joseon Kingdom.

I am not a fan of zombie movies or shows because most of the time it bores me but Kingdom really kept my blood running. There's always that flavorful something in its story that you can't help but ask for more. Maybe because there were lots of things going on but it's not too complicated and you still understand the story and it allows you to connect the pieces together. I rarely recommend any shows related to zombies but Kingdom is definitely one of a kind. The cinematography and the sound architecture is well made. Every element of this film complements each other and I can't really ask for more.

I highly suggest that you watch Season 1 and 2 first so that your curiosity will build up and somehow Kingdom: Ashin of the North will be like a supplement to feed your curiosity. I feel like I appreciated this movie more because I have already watched Kingdom.

Romantic comedy addressing the choice of having kids or not

I know from the synopsis that it was somehow an adult rom-com but I got curious on what kind of story can it give. There were lots of funny scenes that I found myself laughing out loud but at the same time it tackles about whether having kids or not.

As of writing, I'm on my 20s and doesn't really have thoughts about having kids yet. This drama kind of make me think of what future lies ahead of me. For someone with mature nature, I appreciated the story being as realistic as I can imagine. However, if you're someone who wants those lovey-dovey love story which like school romance or young love, this may not be your cup of tea.

I also cried on lots of scenes as it was too realistic that I was watching with the perspective of the main leads. The chemistry of the characters is really stunning and you'll find yourself wanting to be part of them. With different personalities and attitudes that actually complements each other.

For some parts, I felt like the story was being draggy and almost stopped midway but still the storyline seems reasonable. I love the OSTs also. I may not rewatch this is in the future but I really enjoyed the experience of watching this drama.

Let's talk about pain, death, rare and terminal diseases in a lighter way

This medical drama is intriguing, emotional and sweet.

The storyline of the drama is very intriguing because it touched some sensitive topics about deaths and even euthanasia. Also the characters' story is very interesting that you'll find yourself really invested in knowing them more. I also loved that this drama begged to differ from most medical drama that deals with power and position struggle. Instead, they focused on the patient's stories making it truly heartfelt. Although, I admit the plot isn't perfect. There were parts that I felt irrelevant and that wasn't justified but it's minor issue that didn't affect the overall picture that the story is trying to paint.

The cinematography and the way the scenes are executed is really outstanding. I love it whenever the casts are having serious talk that they were being placed in some sort of different dimension to emphasize focus. (My description scks but when you watch it you'll get what I mean)

The casts also made the story more interesting. Everyone has their own attitude and way of portrayal giving variations throughout the series. Also, I can't help but really notice how charismatic JiSung portrayed Dr. YoHan. It was beyond expectations. (I find myself literally gasping for air and also my heart skipped a bit a lot of times because of JiSung. Okay, enough fangirling now.) The female lead, Lee SeYeong is a new face to me but I see that she acted really well. I just felt like her character ShiYeong is too linear that I wasn't able to see more sides to her (I guess I'll try watching her other dramas and see more for myself.) The Pain Management team also had the chemistry together making the story more convincing. The villains have also interesting stories in them and I'm glad that their characters were given depth.

Overall, even though it did not exceeded my expectations, it met most of them and I really had fun watching this medical drama. I also love the OST by the way. I keep singing it in my head. I hope you watch them too and have your pains treated by the Pain Management Department.

This is one hella heartwarming movie

This is an unexpected treat of a great movie on my marathon night. This is a great portrayal of a real event and I'm really glad that the movie was able to capture the sincere emotions of the characters. Good job also to Park Soo Ae for her wonderful acting.

For a movie adaptation of a real event, it's understandable that the movie will try to portray it on an entertaining way to catch the audience attention. The beginning of this movie is kind of rough in a way since the characters seems to be not taking the matters seriously and started for personal gain but as the movie progresses, there were more depth added to it making it a really good movie.

I love how they placed the suspense on their cinematography and also played the background music really well. I find myself holding my breath at the crucial moments which means the movie did a great job. I can't help but celebrate and curse with them throughout the movie.

I, myself is not really into sports but it doesn't stop me from enjoying this movie. It will you make you feel good and the story is truly heartfelt. You can actually watch this with your family as well.

Why haven't I seen this hidden gem sooner

From the storyline, to the casts and acting including the soundtracks, it's a piece of art. What I really love about this drama is that it's realistic and it brings out sincere emotions. It's addicting that way.

The storyline definitely exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be just like other dramas but it avoided the conventional plot of fame and success. It focused on the emotions and the relationships of the characters which I really commend.

The casts also made the characters so real that I got carried away on almost every scenes of this drama. To be honest I have a love-hate relationship with this drama. I get mad at the characters whenever they are making a foolish decisions. I find myself growing with them and I love how the story turned out. (Just a quick side note, I just wanna say that L and SungJoon definitely caught my heart in this drama. I just can't get enough of their charisma. ❤️❤️)

The songs featured in this drama is also catchy. I find myself listening to its soundtracks after I finished it. I also love the electric guitar instrumental that they used as a background music (if you know the title let me know please.)

I won't give any spoilers, I just want you to watch for yourself and I'm sure you'll get hooked by it one way or another. Highly recommended really.

Independent from it's prequel

The story line is completely different from its predecessor (but it's understandable since the story of the first one has been wrapped up already.)

Same concept of picking missions but the storyline became messy. It has more rough edges and the story became too shallow. I also didn't like the changes in the characters' personalities they became weirdos all of a sudden.

The comedic factor is still there and there has been some sort of serious matter to be addressed towards the end so it saved the drama's plot somehow. I know it has its own charms but for After School: Lucky Or Not is still better.

It's still fun to watch though and similar to the first one, it's short so you can watch it in one sitting.

It was a refreshingly simple and short ride of emotions

This web drama isn't perfect but it really covered quite a lot of things in a short period of time. It's just funny, simple but with depth.

Plotwise since this is a fantasy drama as well a lot of things doesn't makes sense when you think about reality but it's surely damn hilarious. I really enjoyed the comedic factor of this drama making it light. The flow of the story comes naturally so you can easily relate to it and also it gave justice to the whole concept in just a short period of time.

The chemistry among the characters are also good. I just wish they put more story about individual characters aside from the titles they were given to begin with. I find myself wanting to know more about them which proves that this is great. I rarely get curious beyond what's already been told unless I'm so into it.

This is a great drama that also feels like a movie and you can watch it in just one sitting without feeling burdened because each episode is only 14-minute long. You can even watch it on a short break.

Cha Eun Woo is here, what else to say? Kidding aside it's a great school drama

It's a lightweight school drama and is really easy to watch because 1) it's not too long with it's bite size 11 episodes which is around 30 minutes each, 2) the casts matches the age of a high schooler, 3) the concept is simple. In this short drama it addresses a lot of issues and ideas like bullying, sexual harassment, mental issue, relationships, family and many more.

I'll be honest, this drama is filled with eye candies so it's really hard not to love it. Cha EunWoo, Park Solomon and even Ji GunWoo isn't too bad himself. Just seeing them on screen makes me smile right away (sorry for the fangirling commercial) but also at the same time, the storyline is also intriguing enough for me to keep watching it. Although I understand some people might not like that this series is not as detailed as most dramas. It doesn't show how the 'revenge' really happens or who does it. It feels more of like a magic wherein after the name is entered, a revenge is being acted upon.
(Although there were also lot of hints that points out that it was GoHee's brother, Heo GoJoon is the Revenge Note master.)

It also ended in a rush making you feel like wanting more episodes. There were lots of loose ends. Like what happens to the suspicions of AhJoon regarding the notification he received, I thought he's a hacker so I was thinking he could be more. Also, Cha EunWoo disappeared after GoHee's birthday and there wasn't even a proper wrap as to what happened to him. Who was really the Master and how did he/she ended up making the Revenge Note?

Despite all the questions left, this web drama series is worth-bingeing. It won't even take up a day to finish it. This is highly recommended. It would actually be good as well if you can share the assumptions and theories you formulated after this drama.

Heartfelt movie and the plot is easy to grasp

This movie made me cry a lot. It's very touching and the simplicity made it easier to relate. This is a really good family movie although I can't really consider it as a comedy.

What I love the most about this movie is how the cast delivered the story really well. I had no doubts on Jin JinHee and Han ChaeYeong because they're actually the reason I watched this movie in the first place. They are both versatile actresses and I really love them.

The story itself is quite predictable and can be considered as cliché. Some parts are also questionable because it's obvious that it was added in attempt to put more flavors in the plot. But the emotions of a mother and daughter longing for each other is there. It was pretty realistic and it portrayed a mom and daughter relationship that seems to be more sister-like. It kind of reminds me my mom because this is exactly how I portray our relationship as mother and daughter.

Overall, this is an addition to the lists of Korean movies that I can personally recommended because I seriously loved it.

The most successful romantic-comedy horror I've watched

This is one of those drama that gives you a roller coaster ride of emotion from laughing, to being scared, to being sad, to being mad and to feeling in love.

The plot is masterfully created by making a one big storyline going in the background incorporated with mini stories you can look forward every episode. It keeps the hype going maybe except from the fact that the mini stories overpowered the main mystery. It was going good until the last few episodes which really fell flat for me although overall I still really love this drama.

As for the casts, I can still remember having a second lead syndrome when I first watched this on 2015. Seo InGuk is just so damn cute. During this second time I watched it, I realized how Gong HyoJin and So JiSub really has a good chemistry on screen. I'm a big fan of the dramas they starred on together and always loved how great they always deliver. Gong Hyo Jin being possessed GongSil is one of the most memorable scenes I can always remember.

The other casts also played really well making the story more flavorful. The ghost stories every episode is almost realistic that I actually thought that ghosts maybe are not really that scary. They just really have some unfinished business down here.

The soundtrack used here is one of the best soundtrack I've ever remembered in the K-Drama world. It matches the drama very well and most of all it retains on my mind.

Overall, this drama is still one of the classics in the K-Drama world and I still regard with high quality and high probability of re-watching.

Intriguing drama with a pinch of darkness and heartfelt story

This drama is a little bit of everything. It has it's dark and light sides. It has the ups and downs. It gives off the feeling of familiarity and unfamiliarity at the same time.

I don't have any clue prior to watching this as to what to expect so when I watched the first episode I was immediately intrigued as to what psychological problem does the male character has. It kept me hooked up to some point until I felt like it wasn't an illness (from how I interpret it at least). Although the male lead made me reflect on myself on how it looks stupid living in your head and not doing anything in real life. This drama is not the best on its kind but it has a lot of valuable life lessons you can pick up all throughout which really made me love it.

The characters are cute and funny. They're actually new faces for me except maybe for Gong SeungYeon (I watched her from Are You Human Too?) but it wasn't a problem at all. The characters has their own individual attitude. Silent Monster's members played their roles very well. Having different personalities but making it work quite well. The chemistry is there.

As a package, this drama is worth the time to watch. It has very heartwarming stories about relationships with yourself, your family, your friends and your colleagues.

I have a love-hate relationship with this drama series

This has been one of the dramas I've been putting off for awhile. I didn't hear any feedback about this prior to watching the drama and all I know is that Jang NaRa and Seo InGuk were the leads which is actually the reason I'm eyeing for this. I don't have any particular expectations aside from that casts so it made me feel excited and kinda disappointed at some point. So let me dig into what I think about this drama.

Let me start off with the storyline itself. The way it started really excites me when this overly charismatic detective narrating his perspective came into the picture and eventually know that the story will go around him then the female lead who's some sort of stalker to this male lead. Although, it was explained on the latter part as to why she became a stalker I just didn't find the character to make sense. Anyway, watching through the series it made me feel really curious because I'm into mind-game/psychological mystery type of plot but to be honest it also bored me most of the times and I just wanna get over the curiosity so I kept going. The ending is vague, it felt like there's no closure. Overall, the plot is kind of a mess for me.

Next one is the casts which is the main reason why I watched and kept watching this drama. I've watched lots of dramas of Seo InGuk and Jang NaRa. They are both versatile actor and actress and never disappointed me on their performance and they're still the best on this drama, it's just that the storyline here is a bit down for me. I don't know if it's just me but I don't feel much of a chemistry between Seo InGuk and Jang NaRa in this drama which is kinda disappointing because the on the drama poster they really look good together. I didn't feel much of romance because of how they ended up together on the drama just didn't make sense. It was like, 'oh they have some common connection, let's pair them up'. I was expecting something more deeper than that. A great surprise by the way for seeing Park BoGum here with a new side being half protagonist, half antagonist. I agree with the feedback that Park Bogum and Seo InGuk are one of the cutest and most attractive on-screen siblings in the K-Drama world. Before I forget, I want to mention D.O's super amazing guest role here. He was on-screen for just several minutes but his acting is really superb. His scene was the most remarkable scene I've seen in this drama.

For me, this drama as a whole is a pretty decent one, there were times it was boring but I really enjoyed the journey of discovering the mysteries throughout the series. It was still worth it anyway. I am sure you'll enjoy this too.

Were you like Miss Baek too?

This film based on a real life story courageously attempted to be an eye-opener regarding domestic child abuse. As serious as the matter it is, it's quite often overlooked by the society.

Thanks to the wonderful acting of the casts, this film brought the emotions to life. Without much words, just seeing the character looking at each other is more than enough to tell how they feel.

This film is really a work of art. Just by seeing the trailer, I knew that this would be something and it doesn't disappoints. Take your time and get to know Miss Baek, it's all worth it.

The cinematography and casts are exceptional and the story is something unexpected

Regarding the plot, at first I was just pure confused where the story is heading but it was fine. I felt like the story is starting to build up from there. Then the girls started disappearing and I was like, 'are they turning into ghost or something?' and that's when it started getting clearer where it's heading. I admit it was unexpected but maybe I was disappointed as well that it headed that way. If you wanna understand what I'm saying, I'll suggest you to watch the movie. It's worth the time.

Although I got confusions at the first half, I find this movie worth it because the main leads were able to show their good acting skill specially Park Bo Young when midway she became somehow superhuman strong which reminds me of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon but on this movie she's just fierce. The cinematography is excellent by the way, I'm so hooked in it.

This is also extraordinary since it was set on Japanese era something so it's unique. This is a great movie but of course once you clarified the confusions, watching it again is less fun.
