laughing out loud sobbing my eyes out
what a beautiful show…. captivating every minute. obviously the ml’s clinginess didn’t age well (to put it lightly) but the chemistry between all of the cast and the perfectly paced twists and turns really bring it together. every character has depth and growth and resolution in some way, besides the mom, who remains a villain and a fool. was really bummed that the oska bisexual arc didn’t come into fruition more fully, but still loved seeing that represented so naturally within this already complex web of plot lines. there are no words to describe chemistry like these two leads have—palpable and so emotionally charged; you really get pulled into the yearning and confusion and disappointment with them, but it all pans out to a happy ending. wish we’d heard more about where she went career wise / what their life looked like outside of the kids, but that ending scene packed a punch nonetheless.
