omg, there definitely has to be a season two because i seriously can't wait for shaoshang to reunite with yuan hong. plus, how did he end up in japan? in the final part of the last episode, it said "nagasaki port" which makes me think there's still so much left to uncover. it definitely feels as though there's more to the story, and these two boyfies are going to get to the bottom of it!
I was dying to see wenshu and qingtian and we've seen them in ep10 & 11. finally, qingtian is warming upto wenshu, i can't wait for their love to blossom! and my changyang and qinglang babies, gosh, i could feel myself breaking seeing them apart. please never separate them again! it hurts so bad seeing them suffer. and wenshu baby, keep going, get your man!!!
I also thought the killer in prison sounded a lot like the prosecutor lol! Random but I’m now feeling suspicious…
same here, the way he said "us" and that's only si yeong and tae ju's thing 😭 i don't want their friendship to be ruined, but tae ju said that solving the case with si yeong was the turning point of his life.. maybe si yeong died?
i’ve had three suspects in my head this whole time, and we already know the culprit is a young man. from the start i was sooo suspicious of gi beom.. the build matched the figure throwing the newspaper, and that creepy scarecrow smile. and then the scene where mi jun came to pick up her art tube instantly reminded me of that moment when gi beom smirked. but gi hwan was there too during that scene, which made me side-eye him as well.
i also had doubts about that young officer who works with tae ju. like… the murders started way before he showed up, right? and his grandma mentioning he came back from military service just made him feel a bit mysterious.
but after the latest episode, i’m pretty convinced gi beom isn’t the one who barged into the girl’s house and killed her. that crime felt totally different from his usual modus operandi, and he literally got caught by a police officer at that time, so he’s off my suspect list now.
which leaves gi hwan and the officer… and honestly, my gut says gi hwan. that man has given me the creeps more than once 😭
