well in my opinion jay don't seem like that toxic to use her drank talk as advantage and to me she seems like a ok side character in a story that don't needs to become complex with her taking advantage of keys vulnerability.

they didnt showed her life completely just the glimpse of her involving the plot. but i think she needs a rebirth plot or some thing so she can life her remaning life or something like that or maybe reverse the time and tell us more about her personality and how she actully handles these cases something like this.

Ha Yoon Kyoung deserved the award for best support actress Choi Ji Su and Shin Si A also had quite a strong acting why they dont get a award for anything. Shin Eun Soo also deserve a award for love untangled.
