Wow, all 6 eps definitely whooshed by at bullet train speed. It's kind of like a web or short drama pacing to me. At the moment feels like it's more story-centric instead of focusing on each character.
While i appreciate the time-saving aspect of all the rush, i did kind of missed the quiet moments of reflection other dramas have in between the actions. Thankfully at the moment, whizzing by works as well. Looking forward to the relationship development between the leads.
I SO LOVE THIS DRAMA! It's endearingly funny all throughout, pretty smooth romance plot . Thankfully almost nothing upsetting frm start to finish. Usually with most other dramas there are always unbearable things happening that made me always need to take a break from a drama, that I end up not finishing it because it's hard to continue watching. But this one is the kind I like. I only remembered laughing almost all the way, and can binge watch this from start to finish without any significant mental distress. Also, i NEVER rewatch any dramas, but I find myself easily wanting to rewatch this again. Absolutely my favorite Romance watch to date. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
When i first looked at the poster I thought Lee Hyun Wook was the ML. Didn't expect it to be NKM. That poster made him look so much like LHW with the sharp jaw and eyes.
You know before this I had always wondered how Koreans trust designated drivers to drive them, when they themselves are inebriated and unable to fend for themselves. What happened in the first ep is exactly the kind of thing that I imagine can happen. If it can be exploited like so, i think a better system is needed to prevent crimes like this, because if it were me i'd probablyhave severe trust issues using a designated driver even if they're really needed.
He gave me the impression of an oddly disproportionate small head on a gigantic person, especially with the blue coat they had him wear as human vapor. Then i looked at his IG , and it made sense that he's a model.
I was hooked by the first 2 eps, and was expecting the theme to be the same throughout all the episodes, which was a bed date. It provided a very sweet and closed setting. So was a bit put off by preview of ep 3 which kind of just made it somewhat like a singles inferno.
I felt i had gotten years older waiting for the romance to happen . Out of the 36, only in the last 4 episodes did it start, and even then it wasn't satisfying. The FL is super lucky to have the ML, as it seems for the entire drama he kept on endlessly giving and helping her.
I wasn't familiar with the Chinese practice of scrubbing a blacklisted actor and replacing them with AI, so from the start I only felt annoyed by the dubbing sound of the FL's Ex Bf. It sounded too low like he was whispering close to the mic. Very out of place. Then i noticed the very odd head, lighting, and facial expression of the actor. Which made me think it was the replacement actor's fault, until i looked it up further and found the cause of it all.
Overall a good watch for most of the drama if you're looking for slight comedy. If you're expecting romance, tough, it will be very hard if you're not extremely patient. You'll have to wait it out until the last 4 eps to get any.
Midway through the first ep now, I can already feel the slimy icky feeling foreboding the Professor's ruin because of Lee Gang. Kind of afraid to continue watching 😳
when she burnt her fingers why touch her ear? have never understood that
I see a lot of people do this. I think it's mostly because the ears feel cooler than any other parts of the body, so it helps to quickly soothe the fingers when you touch something too hot.
I'm planning to start this, it looks good. I don't understand the hype of MRN. It's an Ok watch, story seems to…
Yeah I'm already watching those. I had a feeling this will have the same vibe as Legend of Kitchen Soldier; The posters look serious but drama is actually funny . 😄
