He's definitely not a good person. Its unclear how much he actually loves Gao and just likes his dependence on him. Maybe he's also obsessed. Him trying to refuse initially is meant to show that he doesn't want to fully cross that doctor-patient line even after letting him sleep in the same bed. Same with all his other actions. But like it was already clear that he's crossed it since day 2 or something lol so its convincing nobody.

Idc I found it really sweet till now and I'm kinda glad they didn't show that toxic dynamic lol..like idk how I'd have felt about that. They can still show it ofc but I don't want Gao Zhun to be anymore hurt than he already is I just feel so bad for him..

I do know that, and its a reason I'm scared of depending on someone so much, that they might break my trust in the same way. I'm not a professional in working with people, so can't deduce about which gender tends to cheat more, but I have seen my fair share of both men and women doing that, even people who have a clean and innocent image outside. It just feels like it was hidden more and now its out in the open or talked about more openly, people having affairs outside of a relationship. Ik its not all sunshine and rainbows, but someone who's mature will know how to take accountability for their actions, and be responsible, that goes for both genders. Even if you find someone attractive you know that its just that, and don't feel the urge to cheat on your SO coz of that.

This series is like crack. Its toxic and not good for my mental health but I just keep watching! Its feels more like I'm also in the shoes of Little Jane, caught in P'Jane's trap lol! The song fits this show to a T and I'm here for it!!

That's a very cynical view of life. And again, like I said, it depends on the character of the person. The 'statistics' or reports won't consider the entire population necessarily, so stating something as facts based on that is biased. You're saying men inevitably cheat, which sounds more like an opinion and personal than just data derived from statistics. lol.

Nowadays both cheat. What's your point? If a person has no self control and bad morals they'll cheat and not like these two characters. They don't necessarily need to be in love or have some issues with their sexuality to cheat.

Istg I don't want that to take place in the series, it'd be the worst direction to go for..Idc if its in the source material or not I want them to not go for it. And yeah I also watch their lives everyday and everytime they're doing something crazy lol.
