Why author Chen? I hope this drama is as good as the untamed. I am just worry that their chemistry is not as good…
Arthur Chen recently gave an interview where he stated that he was going through a very emotional period right now because he needs to constantly shift from Mo Ran to Taxian Jun and then back to Mo Zongshi... he said it's challenging but he's getting better everyday and sometimes he's super sad after shooting because the character stays with him even after shooting get's over.
He's trying his best and that's what matters so let's cut him some slack, yeah? XD He's literally just 20 years old and it shouldering the burden of the expectations of thousands of people. Might not be easy for him, but from what I saw in the sneakily taken Behind the Scenes, he's working hard :) And when it comes to looks, Chen Feiyu is THE BEST to play Mo Ran!
Like you said, let's all be cautiously optimistic and even if he ends up not doing that great of a job, he, for a fact, is working really hard and we must appreciate that!
Wang Zhi was definitely my favorite character. I even feel like making a video edit of him and use “I’m sexy and I know it” as background music. The swag!!!!

Because that's how it is in the novel. Qiling is a person with a mysterious past. Because of having amnesia he doesn't have connection with anyone except Xie yet he has a life on his own. I also want to see them together everytime but Pangzi and qiling have a life on their own. Having Pangzi and qiling around Wu Xie he will never grow. Actually that's the reason how Wu Xie became matured and cunning because he became independent without xiao ge around him for 10 years
Some had mistaken. This season isn't the continuation of the story of lost tomb 2. There's another season where it follows the volume 4 of the novel this is called "Lost Tomb 2: Heavenly Palace on the Clouds" it will be released probably this year or next year.
So for the order of Dao Mu Bi Ji pls follow this (to be sure that you won't be mislead)
