Yeah, same. Though the older one also frequently crashed or white-screened for me.
The newer one is fine for looking up stuff and writing comments on the most recent stuff, but trying to reply on notification or scroll down the comments is still a pain.

I think of Toh as more of a plot device than fleshed out character, especially in the earlier episodes. There has to be a "Toh" for the story to progress the way they wanted, so I just don't question there being a "Toh". In later episodes, Toh gets a bit more depth and becomes a little more likeable/relatable for me. But I wouldn't expect someone doing a complete 180 on their opinion of Toh based off just that.
In my opinion, he's been pretending too much so far, be it in front of Porsche, Tawan, or Pete. I want to see what's underneath (though his evil plan relevation was hella underwhelming imo)
