Oh yeah, Dan is absolutely delulu and annoying at this point, especially after that episode ending - he’s insane. But I just wanted to see LJ to be a bit more loud about being with BJ.

To be honest, overall, the direction and screenplay are abysmal: Jet, Dan and LJ’s parents are basically just plot devices that come up whenever the plot needs to move… but the flow is all wrong, and the scenes that are supposed to be intense fall flat or feel ridiculous (this whole ep10).

It now feels like I'm watching a bad vertical cdrama with all these tropes, plots going nowhere and things just not making sense. It's time to drop I guess.

The acting is mostly great, esp from Tee, the chemistry is there, the first NC scenes were good but… most of the time it feels like one actor is waiting for the other to finish his lines to say his lines and on and on. The dialogue is stale, the story is v superficial though has SO much potential, the directing is not great at all.
I think we somehow lost the art of bringing novels to screen, the art of writing a screenplay that reflects the emotions and feel of the novel instead of inactint every scene word by word from the novel. Some things just don’t work on screen as well as on paper.

yeah… also splitting them into husband-group and wifey-group where the former do serious jobs and take care of the latter with creative jobs they do for fun… it’s problematic in so many ways
Might be a hot take but I’d rather have no special episode for any couple if they are like this nothing burger we got here. It’s like every character just monologues about what was already understood before and when they try to introduce some kind plot, it looks and sounds ridiculous.
These couple deserve more - just let them go in peace 😅
Incredibly boring! I had high hopes when it was announced, thought at last we’re getting a trope reversal story, but unless you’re into a Disney channel style of teenage shows, you can skip this one. At first I tried watching it without fwd-ing, then I started fwd-ing some scenes, in the end I skipped whole episodes and still nothing happened! You can literally start from ep.18 and you won’t miss anything, because they’ll show all the previous episodes AGAIN in the form of flashbacks 🙄Even if you’re a fan of a HS slice-of-life shows, this show has absolutely nothing of what you haven’t seen before. Total disappointment

The girl here is obviously burnout and the series is reallly good at communicating it to the viewers - her emotions, feelings and the way she goes around her day. Her losing her passion, drive and creativity and then trying to get it back is the whole point of the show. She IS very honest in the way she acts - burnout absolutely drains you.
I swear most of the comments here are written either by teenagers or people who’ve never worked a day in corporate or raging misogynists.

haha disclaimer: I'm on ep4 myself, people are saying that the second half of the drama is not good but the same people are saying that FL is immature and other nonsense, so I'm feeling hopeful 😀
As expected everyone on MDL is sh*tting on FL for being human and a realistic character.
If you feel that the recent releases in the world of kdramas lack depth, have ridiculous twists and immature characters, See You at Work Tomorrow! will feel like a breath of fresh air and you’ll enjoy it!
