yea i agree completely, lack of screen time of them together. They built it up so well, but faltered with what should we do with the mls. There's too much emperor for my liking. And even that maid/cousin etc. Like some of those scenes could be removed

And chapter 123 when he sneaks into her bedroom, peak scene, I wish we got it, coz its also funny with Aunt Zhao hearing. I haven't finished the book, so they haven't consummated yet. I've seen some mls elsewhere chatting and doing more in bed LOL. But my point wasn't just for the bed, like sit on it, or in a chair, give me vibes of Lin'an 😭😭 They just seem like they only have a min to spare right now vibes.
I really wish we got the main leads in the bed, I'm reading the novel and he sneaks into her room multiple times when at Jizhou?/mansion and they kinda spar, its charged, the scenes would serve as an update to her and the viewers on what he's been up to as well, so not totally pointless and would move plot forward. 😅 But it would gives us (the enjoyers of mls romance) to have more tangible interactions between them and building on their new dynamics during this last arc - we could see them battling each other emotionally and physically (tackling, sparring, kissing) in bed. Creating tension etc is needed, so then the actual meet ups for 2min don't feel so random. Im so sad we aren't getting more interactions. 😭 And I know I'm maybe in minority or nitpicking here.
