The Emperor felt so fake in the scene with his mother when he manipulated her to prevent her from seeing her loved son. I never expected the maid to make such a bold decision, but she did well!
I suspected the painter the first time he showed up. I really hope they will follow the story of the novel and the main leads become Emperor and Empress. Both princes are incompetent and unfit to rule the country....
