The age gap between jeff and barcode is not okay 😓
The 'number' of years between them is immaterial if the power dynamic between them is shown to be exploitative or fosters an unhealthy relationship which isn't the case here sweetie. We all witnessed their behavior towards on another in real life.
I feel like a lot of people are uncomfortable with age gaps because they come hand in hand with abuse, I'm not disregarding it -- I know these sort of relationships CAN be problematic BUT they can also be healthy.
I have seen other age gap relationships in fiction that feel wrong and unbalanced, but this one is definitely not one of them.
I know it is tempting to try and make a generalization on the number of years but each relationship has to be judged on its own merits.
With that being said you seem to be one of those purity culture people that manage to have a problem with almost anything -- If it isn't anti KinnPorsche-ers with the dubcon scene, then it's the anti VegasPete-ers or a perfect representation of your comment the anti KimChay- ers. If it's not one thing, it's the other. Or most commonly, it's all three yet you all continue to watch. It just doesn't make sense to me.
Moreover the film industry abides by the law's based on their country -- in this case is Thailand in which the legal age of consent is 15.
Why would you try to curb creative freedom towards the audience 🥱 we all come from different culture's, if you find them uncomfortable then skip them but don't tell us what's " ok " and what isn't.
So.. If there is no comedy for VP.. Means Pete's eating habits are removed? Means the shower scene is removed? Means the movie time between then is removed? The call scene? Cuz those are hilarious...
