can't stop thinking that this episode was reinforcing how important trust is to kinn, yet how precious little he can afford to truly extend it to others. like the 'hidden messages' clip already told us as much. and we've already had mutiple instances of kinn confronting someone for betraying him and the implication that there is at least one mole within his staff.
People are confused about why they kissed but once you stop looking at this from a romantic drama pov, it's a pretty normal thing to me. Kinn is physically attracted to Porsche, Porsche is obviously oddly intrigued by Kinn. They're drunk, their emotions are heightened, they both crave intimacy. And sure, in a drama, a kiss is usually a moment of climax in the story, it's often very meaningful. But honestly, irl sometimes people just... kiss. And it doesn't have to mean that much.

Right after seeing chay crying we witness kim at the bar so those two scenes might be connected, I'm pretty sure it's about their relationship rather than him and Porsche.
Tawan will for sure stirr up trouble between them but hopefully they won't follow the novel to that part because I don't wanna see kinn siding with him and making Porsche feel used.
Even though kinn seems more reasonable in the series than the novel, I do feel like he still has those fuck boy issues that will make Porsche feel like he's being played with
