Hi ❤ I think episode one was there to introduce us to the action as you stated above while the second one was purposely showing us a different side of Porsche while ep 3 is being based off Kinn's perspective, we see the small ways in which his work is taking away his joy and stability bit by bit. Not the little twitches and creases at the corners of his eyes, his discomfort with what he's doing or him regretting everything about the life he lives. He's unable to feel safe nor trust anybody. His voice cracking when speaks his brand of brokenness. We see him being a caring and lonely and vulnerable- utterly, imperfectly human so I personally believe these 3 episodes were not meant to bring any action as it is, it's still the beginning so they are probably just showing us different sides of the character's, I believe it will get better however I do agree the sequencing was off and it left me a bit confusing. Now about the kiss, I don't think it's love. People don't only kiss when they're in love, I believe kinn is lonely and drunk, and porsche is there and touching him freely and he's cute and sharing his emotions with him so he makes a ballzy move and Porsche goes along with it, they might be attracted to each other but it's no development intended in here you know what I mean? It's not like they will get in a relationship, I doubt they have any feelings for other besides the physical attraction.
Either ways I hope it will raise up to your expectations so you can enjoy it as well 😁
They will probably skip the assault with kinn Porsche and that's cool with me but god help me if they cut it out…
For kinn and Porsche, it doesn't play a big role it's not even addressed properly however Vegas and Pete's story revolve on that trauma and I need to see it so I'll absolutely be disappointed if their story change considering they are my favorite lmao
i actually think 1) they're gonna take out the SA (and replace with physical assault or torture maybe?)or 2) they…
I really hope it's the second option, to me physical torture will not affect Pete as much considering he is a bodyguard and has been through a lot so the satisfaction of vegas's guilt won't be as pleasing then
I doubt, kinn has a drastic change compared to the novel and his character is overall different.
I'm perfectly okay with cutting that part out, it wouldn't affect their story as much however I do expect SA with Vegas and Pete because as a novel reader I don't want too much sugarcoat around those 2
I SHOULDN'T HAVE READ THE BOOK.No seriously, right now episode 2 and 3 failed me hard since the book had put my…
Perhaps it will get better, it is definitely taking a different lead in contrast with the novel, I mean kinn's character is having drastic changes in his personality, I guess you could say this is a lighter version compared to the book I just hope they won't do this with Vegas and Pete because then I will also have a problem with it
This episode showed Porsche in a more serious light despite the comedic scenes. He obviously wanted to prove that he is worthy enough to be included instead of being left on babysitting duty with khun lmao. I cheered for him when I saw the training montage because it finally felt like he was taking it seriously in contrast to episode 2.
Out of all of the the people Porsche could have taken on a walk, he took Kinn, why? because deep down he's interested in the backstory and and he is willing to let him inside his world.
I’m not going to lie, the start was funny as hell, but the sequencing was a bit confusing but that's my only complain and the fact I didn't seem Kim's face besides that, this was perfect, their interactions and conversations during this episode were so poignant and they felt so natural, I just can't express how good this is.
I also realized Porsche is very much led by gratification and pleasure seeking. Parties, sex and all of that feeds his life style. I'm so excited for the next few episodes and I can't wait to see how the relationships among everyone develops especially Vegas and Pete, my babies.
The writers know what the fuck they are doing. I don’t think people realize that since they made Kinn and Porsche share a drunken kiss, the way the novel depicts the story and the way the series will portray it will be completely different which I don't mind because honestly taking the SA out won't be such a bad thing but I would prefer if they keep it for Vegas and Pete for obvious reasons.
Overall their relationship is developing just the way I wanted it to. It’s only episode three, but things between them are moving so beautifully. There’s something about the stares that trumps any other way of showing affection from my perspective, their eyes meet and the sparkles begin. The way Kinn and Porsche look at each other shows you that although they don’t know it yet, they are subconsciously driven to each other.
The whole scene of Kinn helping Porsche with his wound was honestly so heartwarming. It felt so raw and natural. Mile and Apo’s energy and connection is something I have only seen once in a BL, I'm sorry but no other duo can even begin to compare. I don’t know what it is, but the way that they express their character’s emotions is something so gorgeous.
The last scene was so soft and beautiful. Porsche needed company and he chose kinn for it, he chose to open up to him and although I know many people will complain about the pace but please don't be so quick to judge, just because they kissed doesn't mean they are in a relationship with a pink world around them, they have a lot of problems to face ahead of them
I honestly have no issue taking the SA out of kinn Porsche but God damn it don't change it in Vegas and Pete because that part played a big role in their story
Either ways I hope it will raise up to your expectations so you can enjoy it as well 😁
