What struck me with Ep 4 is that both TK and DO seemed a bit out of character - DO for telling So Hee to wait…
I don't think So Hee is just rude. She's extremely intrusive and has no regards for anyone's personal space or wishes. It's been obvious that DO doesn't reciprocate her feelings and only tolerates all her antics because he can't say no to anyone. TK keeps getting insulted by So Hee from their very first meeting for no apparent reason. All things considered, they've actually been really patient with her. I think that DO 'might' like TK and genuinely wants to spend time with him and will probably go back to the council room after dropping TK off.
It hurts me so bad that he gave up his admission for nothing, I can’t even believe he did that, he needs more…
This! That was one thing I still can't wrap my head around no matter how I look at the scenario.... just giving up your admission at the last moment especially when you know you aren't good enough in the other parameters to pull through another last minute exam... and then that not getting acknowledged and all of this not having a much bigger impact on their psyches... I don't know how that's possible
If you don't know the things Mame has written, you need to do some research. Just a heads up though... she's written a lot of sexual assault as normal, romantic and justifiable as vengeance even if it's done by the lead character who himself was abused. Sooo yeah. Her novel and this title. Hard pass.
Her traumatic experiences should not be used towards her advantage. Just as Pearl said in an episode in Gameboys…
Karleen being scared of dating girls who are bi does not make her biphobic. She doesn't think badly of them. She is just not willing to put herself at the risk of getting hurt again. Straight girls often decide not to date any guy after a few bad experiences. Does not make them misandrists. Similarly, all Karleen ever said was that she cannot put herself back in that position because it's terrifying. Just one more similar case would completely break her. Also, when someone doesn't really like you back, they just don't. Then being pushy repeatedly is just not done in my opinion. Or even if they do like you back, you cannot enforce yourself over them to like you more. It's suffocating. It was great earlier when she was being there for Pearl. Now it's just ended up being a competition for her as though Pearl is a piece of meat. I used to like Alex but my appreciation for her has faded.
Honestly I don't see any chemistry between Pearl and Alex. Yeah, she likes Pearl. Cool. Doesn't mean they have to date. Also, she's getting annoyingly pushy at this point. Her songs are more about how competing than feelings. Whereas Karleen's words were so beautiful they made me cry. It's terrible what she went through. People being mean to her not realizing how traumatic all her experiences have been. The fact that she's even willing to try shows how much Pearl means to her. Always team Karleen.
The best cop and gangster story there is out there! Each character is so well developed and the maturity of the lead couple's relationship was commendable. They talk to each other! Discuss things that bother them. Unlike the countless dramas where they spend 16 episodes in misunderstandings and fake angst

First of all, I'm pretty sure Indians in your country don't call themselves Hindi. Hindi is a language. Hindu Sikh, Muslim, Jain, Christian and Parsi are religious identities. Punjab is the name of a state and Punjabis are what the people from Punjab are. East India was the term given to the country by people who forcefully ruled over the people, looted, murdered and raped them for over 300 years. If you're referring to people from a few states of India that are in the East zone as East Indians, it's fine. Referring to the entire country as East India is derogatory. Saying Indians could be South Indians or North or Northeast etc is all fine. All i meant was that the way you clubbed it with the names of other countries made it sound as though you thought of the entire country as being called East India. If there is a term you are looking for to collectively refer to them as you can use Indians. If you want to talk about India and its neighbouring countries collectively, you can call them South East Asians. When you mention the portrayal of other cultures in Western media, it didn't come off as you specifying a few states of India as not one show has properly addressed the different cultures of India. They put the entire country into their narrow box of stereotypes so it seems unlikely you intended to specify just the people belonging to states in the Eastern region of India. Especially seeing as how you clubbed it in the same categories as entire countries.

What on Earth do you mean by East Indian?? It's just Indian. East India was the name given to the country by the British invaders and is highly derogatory and hurtful
I'm a little confused. Maybe people haven't realized this but as of May of 2020, the main cast has just finished…
Lol MCU does put fake scenes in the trailer to prevent spoilers. They even edit out entire characters so we don't find out what's actually happening. A lot of trailers contain scenes which don't make it to the final run. But that is all after they've filmed the entire movie and decided on the direction they want the trailer to go. So, I completely agree with what you're saying. It did not make sense to have a trailer out before the script was ready... I don't even know what really happened with 2gether lol.. No kissing scene wasn't my issue.. Advance Bravely is one of the best shows I've ever seen and it didn't contain a single kissing scene ... BUT their chemistry was amazing, there were plenty of romantic moments between the two. In 2gether, I felt like it was one sided love from Sarawat and maybe Tine was developing some feelings but it didn't get a chance to be fully explored.. sad, really.
