true!!! I'd have been okay with all the cutesy scenes... have seen the few gls that have come out and liked them... but knowing that it's just plain cheating, I couldn't watch it at all. All I can think of at that time was Tae
No. Nope. Nuh uh. They can never make me hate Tae. If they wanted to actually blame him, like they are, they should have shown him to be a terrible boyfriend. Instead, he was always responding sweetly to Bahmee, he'd keep pictures of the places she wanted to visit on his desk, he'd talk to her over video call even when he was neck deep in work. We hated Anne Hathaway's boyfriend in Devil wears a Prada coz he was unaccepting of her working lifestyle. And people here are actually justifying cheating when the guy has done nothing but be busy at work (something completely out of his control). News flash. Hugs and Kisses don't actually sustain a life. Some people sadly do need to work to survive. And he still was too in love with her and doing everything possible to ensure he'd be free the entire day of their anniversary. Bahmee and Judy get on my nerves. The audacity of cheating on Tae and then texting him "do you rmbr today is our anniversary?" Like, yes girl, he does. Which is why he found out you were cheating. I hate how Tae himself thinks it was his fault and the entire scene became about him comforting her and apologizing to her. just great. I hated the Notebook and I told sunset about you just coz of this. I'm completely okay with cheating plots... but glorifying them or justifying them and gaslighting the actual victim? Nope. Pah is the only sensible person in that lot.
Also, really really wish the actual main couple had more screen time. Love Jane and Ryan and how gone they are for each other
reading comprehension... they said it's misogynistic to call her a bitch and wish for her to die over this. "everyone…
plenty of people have been hyping up their chemistry. maybe you didn't come across those comments but I did. on YouTube and on mdl. there are way more comments that are justifying their relationship. also, there was absolutely zero need for you to be rude but anyway. There have been other comments that have called people misogynistic. That have said that bl fans are toxic and harsher towards female characters. Maybe go through the entire comment section on all platforms before trying to put down someone
I just came here to comment about the lesbians too cause it doesn't look too promising, if they wanted to at least…
exactly!! like he's actually a good boyfriend. Noone's free 24x7 and he tries to be nice and caring even when he's sleep deprived and swamped with work. I don't get why everyone is glorifying Judy and Bahmee
lol someone actually said it's misogynistic to dislike Bahmee. So, if I don't like a cheater, I'm misogynistic now? lmao weirdos. I've always hated cheaters and I'm not going to start rooting for this ship just coz it's GL.
Also, just want to add that this is the first show after KinnPorsche that has made me this eager and anxious. I count the days to Friday the minute I finish one episode. Although, it doesn't match my love for KinnPorsche that made me rewatch all episodes from the first episode every week but still it's a breath of fresh air after a plethora of subpar shows with passable acting skills
I am going to tattoo this episode inside my brain aaaaaaaah!!!!!! It was sooo good. These two are truly amazing actors. - The way Ming shows Tong the door - it's going to be my benchmark for dismissal - Joe's frustrated crying - ugh it hurts so good - Their confrontation and Joe's pulling away in the morning - I will kill Tong personally so that these two and the rest of the world can be free. Freeloading piece of sh*t GIVE ME THE REST OF THE SHOW NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
The angst is strong with this one, and oh, how I love it. "Take my bleeding heart and trample it even more.... such is my ensnarement in your amore." This is what I feel is Joe's character with regard to anything related to Ming. I don't often like red flag relationships but the way this has been approached in this story is something extremely captivating and thrilling. I love their acting, their expressions, their feelings, and their confusion. Every week is a torture!
The 11 steps of the 'My Stand-In' roller coaster: 1. I hate Tong with every fiber of my being 2. That fight scene at Joe's home... Where Ming is begging, and Joe goes, 'Leave me with some good memories to think of at least' - his tone, his manner of speaking... I am in love with Poom's acting 3. Ming - you're no longer a red flag, honey.... you're the entire garden they borrow the damn flowers from to dye those flags red 4. I really, really, really hope that Wut realizes it's the same Joe in the very next episode cause I desperately need someone on our poor man's side 5. I hate Tong. Yes, it needed another mention in the list 6. Sol is a sweetheart, and I want to protect him, and I want him to protect Joe 7. I still do like Ming in some ways, but he really needs a redemption arc big enough to be seen from the ISS 8. UP, you beautiful, amazing actor... how did you go from playing a cutie patootie to playing a shibal sekki in the blink of an eye? 9. Joe and Ming have amazing chemistry - the beginning of a tentative relationship, the lust, the angst... oh my God, the angst 10. The frames of the shots in the show... the decor, the cinematography... I'm in love again 11. Can Tong go to check the cliff with me? Just think it'll be a great picnic spot
I hope that there is something in the uncut version that helps this series make some sense. Letting a blackmailer…
It is, sadly, very true. A reality that most people of the LGBT+ community have to face in a lot of countries. They will not mention it directly but they are not provided with jobs. Especially in the entertainment industry.
