Tempted to give this a try but not a big fan of comedies/rom-coms. As the first tag is comedy, is it very prevalent…
I hate pure comedies, as I find they try too hard to be funny. I find this one enjoyable and cute. It’s healing with each cast (supporting or main) full of vibrant stories. You’d enjoy it if you like slice of life.
I don't understand Netflix :( Some of my friends are living in no-EU countries (Bosnia) and they get the Cha Cha…
they underestimated the demand it would have lol probably didn’t know the extent of seonho’s new-found hallyu power. It really is a shame because homcha’s worldwide netflix ranking could’ve been higher had it been aired in more countries
I hope they reveal the full details about dusik’s past and what traumatized him, or else it’ll be too late to properly wrap up the series. I have high hopes for the ending, please do well writer-nim!!!!
The 11th & 12th eps had a slightly different vibe. I'm a huge fan of this drama but I couldn't bring myself to…
I agree, I somehow enjoy their moments more before they were dating. I think they might’ve played the overly-fluff couple on purpose? It’s to contrast the impeding angst the two of them will face when they start addressing dusik’s trauma. Ep11 and ep12 had different tones in my opinion. Ep11 was all fluff and happiness whereas ep12 brought in more realistic aspects of a relationship (jealousy, miscommunication), and showed dusik’s continuous nightmare. It seemed like ep11 was hyejin’s pov while ep12 was dusik’s pov
Their relationship turned abusive so fast... It's only been three days since they started dating.
They used it for comedic relief which I get isn’t you cup of tea. But the way the villagers all criticized hyejin for it and protected dusik really showed that they don’t condemn it. I’m sure it isn’t in the writer’s intention to support that type of behavior. It’s a little dramatic to call their relationship abusive...
Imagine seon ho playing roles like a Gangleader , villain , serial killer , psychopath , playboy , Doctor , lawyer…
which is why I want him to accept sad tropical, many said he would play a villain role. It is an action/crime movie directed by park hoon jung (director of vip, the witcher)
