I was hoping they'd do like a re-telling of the arc between Emperor Xia Jing Yan and Princess Susha from Fated Hearts, and fix the heartbreak that caused some of us, with a nice red-flag 2ml story BUT THAT AINT GONNA HAPPEN NAO, makes me so sad! I think that depends entirely on how yandere/obsessed they decide to make Xie Zheng. People like EPIC romance. A good story is nice, but that's not usually what gets the repeat rewatches...
