I'm reading the comments, but I think it was a happy ending. Maybe he was told he was going to die, but that doesn't mean he really died at the end. He even showed up in front of her and confessed his feelings.

the story had a great execution but I was expecting a little more romance development so I was a bit dissappointed, if you're expecting a romcom then that's not really what you'll get

let me start off by saying I loved this movie! I smiled a laughed a lot while watching it.
but as I get really critical with movies I like, I think that the only things that could've been better (for me) would be that some scenarios where unnecessarily repeated in the story, like the break ups of the fl, the last one was necessary of course.
the other thing would be a little longer ending scene, the song the three guys sang at the end was perfect for a cheesy conversation between the leads to seal it all.
but apart from that, it was a really really nice watch.
