haha you get it... For me it happens to most of them. It has to be truly phenomenal to remember it clearly (or watch it multiple times), which happens rarely. At best case I'll remember parts of it, but never the whole drama. My theory is that it's because we watch too many shows and our brain removes a lot to save space for the new ones hahahaha
I'll give you some examples I've experienced, because I'm bored at work rn so why not? xD
I watched Kingdom when it was first released and then after S2 was released (which wasn't even that later) I didn't remember anything. I didn't remember what happened in the first season, who most characters were... I ended up having a friend trying to recap S1 for me and I watched S2 but it just wasn't that enjoyable, because I was confused for most of it, trying to remember where I've seen a character before or what previous incident someone is talking about etc.
Another example is me watching Uncanny Counter and Taxi Driver... I remember really liking those dramas. Now they both have a second season, but I haven't watched any of them because I know it'll be the same as what happened with Kingdom. That saddens me a lot, especially for Taxi Driver, as I remember having a REALLY good time watching that show and I hear S2 is equally good (if not better) 😞
I suffer by...... drama alzheimers lol. There's no way I'll remember what happened in the first season by the time the second season comes. I've been through it a lot, watching a drama and waiting happy and excited for another season, but by the time it airs I don't remember what happened in the first. I barely remember the characters or the plot and that certainly ruins my experience, as you can probably imagine! Try watching a show but you don't remember anything that happened so far. Ouch!
It's okay if the drama's good, since there are a loooot of times when 16 episodes is what ruins a drama because…
True. There are some occasions like that. It depends on the plot after all... Some dramas just don't have the material to develop for many episodes. Some others have the potential and perhaps would benefit from it.
I feel like this show could've been so much better if it was a little shorter (Someone could argue 12 episodes is short already but it could've been even shorter imo lol). It was still nice , mostly for the K scenes. He was hilarious!
kdramas have been getting shorter and shorter since last year.
It's okay if the drama's good, since there are a loooot of times when 16 episodes is what ruins a drama because the last episodes feel useless, like a filler.... The problem is sometimes even short dramas are boring or dragging xD
It's very heavily focused on investigation but in my opinion the bromance is way too good to pass😅 You can…
Yes, people tend to be delusional about that some times. I am friends with some of these people, who say it doesn't make sense to be called bromance, since it has the word romance in it and that makes it confusing 😂
