OMG THANK YOU!I literally ran to mydramalist after watching episode 5 because i couldn't stand the FL's acting,…
I first saw her in crushology 101 and thought that her character was really badly written. When I saw this drama, I thougt, is it another character of hers that it is badly written or is it just that her acting does not translate. I think both are true.
with all due respect.. Yerim was so annoyin and frustrating to watch. she s not emotionally mature enough to b…
In my opinion, Kyeong Ho was the least transparent one. We saw all sides of the conversations and he was saying things to top 2 picks that were leading them on. While totally contradicting things he said to the other one. Feelings can change of course, but in my opinion he handled it badly. My issue isn't changing feelings, but that he kept hiding, tiptoe-ing and telling white lies to 'not hurt the other person', but that is just wrong. Seems such a manipulative tactic. Lying is worse than the truth, and truth can be delivered delicately and with empathy. Looking from the outside, Kyeong Ho was just really cruel. With him and his pick, it seems lust anyways. All he could say was 'She is pretty'. I know Korean people are all about looks and less about personality, but he was asked several times and that is the only answer he could come up with
I think Kang Gyeong Ho should've just stayed on the stage and not entered the show. Even though a person's profession should be held separately, it is hard to see him as a professional dancer rather than a...red flag to put it nicely. Wish I didn't get to know this side of him. I guess he didn't do anything bad per se, but really leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
By western standards no. He just saw her with her ex drinking and he stayed in a separate room in the guesthouse…
They were business partners for 10 years but I do get your point. Both the FL and ML never really communicated about anything, she never clearly explained that situation. They both kept wallowing in their minds, which is what made it extra frustrating. :D
Edit: okay, actually the ML was hurt by her before and I wouldn't have trusted so easily either. The new ex/business-partner was a part of his insecurities too from college days.
Just seen a Youtube clip heavily implying that FL cheats on ML with her ex, and comments below mentioning cheating. Can…
By western standards no. He just saw her with her ex drinking and he stayed in a separate room in the guesthouse that they used to run together. Then again, maybe for some people it is cheating. In Korean culture most people don't believe having any contact with exes (or opposite sex even) let alone being under the same roof.
Overall it was pretty frustrating to watch, the whole thing was so overdramatic and every episode they were crying that I barely made it through.
I have dropped only a few series in my life and this is one of them. I did not think because of the cast that it could be boring. I am tired of dramas where toxic people who haven't figured out their stuff bring down good people. Although, yes, both have their issues. That being said, I only managed to power through the 4th and then couldn't make myself to put more of my time into it so I might not be fair.
Happy that Korea is finally opening up to these topics more although pretty on surface level like others have…
Really getting tired of the best friend crush thing. I don't think I've seen a drama where it actually adds anything or leads to something. Wish it were like that in this one though.
