i unfollowed her since zhang zhehan's issue years ago. she was one of those haters that spread hate on him and encouraged the boycott. when zzh fans attacked her back, she played victim. her mission was successful coz zzh is now forever boycotted by c-entertainment industries. she is that vicious. plus, she called her followers her 'fans', such a narcisistic fella.
anyway, she never say good thing about xukai. i believe she is a paid critic, hence the biasedness. most of her comments on dramas are not even professional, she can easily fool her non chinese audiences. so believe me.. stop watching her videos, stop giving her views.. she does not deserve your time. your life will be more peaceful without her.
i cant believe i put this on hold for more than 1 year. i remember watching 1st episode last year and for some reason i put it on hold and forgot about it. thank God i put this drama on my watching list here, so when i go through the list back, i decide to restart watching AND I AM GLAD I DID 😭

i didnt see it at first because he rarely smile in TPP but in real life he smiles a lot. now that u said it, whenever he smile, all i see is macken' smiling face 😍

haha when i read your comment yesterday, i knew you were talking about that account but i dont want to make any assumption. i used to follow her before, but i unfollowed her since last year after i realized she rarely posted about xukai anymore (despite her name and pfp still using xk's) coz her tweets are all about her other biases that spam my tl. her comment on jbr was so childish and i facepalmed so hard when she posted it... and facepalmed harder when other users started talk bad things about xukai just because they thought she is xk's solo fan 😭

ATC has better promotion, higher budget and bigger audiences coz it will be aired on CCTV. obviously it will have higher rating than SOTB. i dont know about others, but me myself already expect that but im not worried. plotwise, i prefer SOTB. i dont really care about rating or other ppl's preferance/taste. as long as the drama is good to me, or i love the actors, i will watch it.
ps, i like the leads of ATC. they are excellent actors but the plot sounds boring to me. maybe i will watch few episodes first then decide whether to continue or not
i think i know why you think of TMS. the slow pace, the monologue, the obsession, the cinematography, even the lightning/colors are similar. but plot wise, it is different
