(He was feeding CSS a lot of information to act upon later on later) Then again, he used his fiancée 's house for the engagement banquet on purpose. (Knowing fully well he would get a reaction from the step mother and the aunty) He did not send them invitation (Knowing that they will come regardless)
He sent information ahed to Shaoshang to be herself, say or do anything she wants to do because he has got her back! (knowing that CSS will definitely do it, that's how much both of them have known and trusted each other)
He came with the Majesty the King at the right time he knew his Shaoshang would have spouted all the information she had gathered to cause an uproar and all the truths will be laid bare
And at the end the people who deserved not to be at the wedding were not there and received their punishment! HURRAH!
