Im glad i waited for the end and then binge watch cuz i know if i watched this drama every week i would for sure drop it.
Actually the drama had a good start, but everything turned south by the final episodes.
The plot itself was a good idea, but the execution was not it.
Cant find a good enough reason for the writers make ML a extremely unlucky person until the end of the drama and i understand that the point of the drama is fix things with law, but OMG what an unsatisfactory revenge and finale.
And dont get me started with the useless king that would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS get anything done by himself, not even with the help of his sister he could be a decent king.....hopping for a day there is an historical fiction where a woman becomes the queen cuz at least we know they would get something done....
The acting was good but i´m going to say a thing and please dont come for me, but in my opinion both male and female leads do not fit the historical standard, the both have the face of people who know what an iPhone is.....a easier way to explain this is that they are both too gorgeous if you want to interpret that way.
And i thought we left the fish kisses in the past, give me more emotion please.
Also the writers must thank the cast cuz its thanks to them (not from me, even though i liked the acting) this will have a good reviews/ratings because of their names and this is also the comeback drama after military of ML so it also adds points
The situation on today's episode was made in such a big deal when it was a simple thing...First of all they could have food poisoning from any place, even their own home, writers made a simple mistake turn into a terrible sin just for the sake of making conflict, at least they could have more originality.... The writers made TZ leave a drunk woman in the street and nothing happen but a common-ish food poisoning was when they draw the line!
Mengmeng seemed like she was kind of more aware during that “third-wheel” scene . Not saying she doesn’t…
In my opinion Meng Meng plot should have not been introduced, in case of meng meng she needs psychological trained help, that she can get in a hospital not with a 26 year trained in Chinese medicine, he has no credentials to treat her and i´m shocked the her parents allowed her to move to their house. ML treats her more like a child than a patient, and her attachment issues can get very dangerous. Its a good thing that the writers want to make a drama about Chinese medicine, but at the same time they are discrediting psychiatric help and probably make younger people believe that they can cure mental disorders by treating people like a baby and spoiling them. I´m speaking as someone that needed this kind of help in the past and has other family members that also needed/ need. We all know that mental disorders in Asian countrys are still a taboo and honestly this is not helping resolving the stigma around them. The story is great dont get me wrong but this plot should not have existed at all
not me falling for Kang Sung Wook smile and went to see more dramas with him and discovered he was arrested for rape..... Its obvious to say that my smile was gone from my face and i think 5 years was to little of prison time....
How can TZ leave the drunk girl alone especially it's near the lake? Even his whole family know about it they…

I still dont understand why Meng Meng is a part of the plot, she needs psychological help ASAP i thought this was a drama to bring more knowledge about Chinese medicine but it looks more like untrained people trying to do psychological work that can lead to a very problematic occasion in the future. I dont have any knowledge about Chinese medicine but i really dont think that the writers are making the best choices when it comes to the cases
I lost all the respect i had for Tian Zhen today, he offered Tou Tou the alcohol she got drunk and him looked sober but he decided to leave a drunk young woman ALONE AT NIGHT, is he ok?
He was lucky that nothing major happened but Tou Tou, she could have died in the lake, she could also been robed or even raped, the EQ from this man only works for Meng Meng cuz a sane person would not leave anyone man/women alone in the street completely drunk!

I must say i LOVE LOVE LOVE this father-ish daughter-ish relationship that both leads have, its so refreshing and now she is having a parental figure that can guide her. I also love that the wife is opening up to her.
I felt so bad for the lady that collapsed in the end of episode 8. This woman has a cheating husband that bought a Ferrari for his mistress and gave the complementary gift (wallet) to his wife on her birthday!!! One thing cheating men have is the nerve. Then when she sees her husband with the mistress she ACCIDENTALLY provoked an accident and now is being harassed 24/7. But i also cant blame the mother....seeing your daughter suffering a huge accident that got her stuck in a wheelchair is not easy for sure, if it was me i would also want justice. The domino effect of a cheating spouse caused misery for 2 different families. I hope that all the parties involved can be stronger in the future!

Honestly i didnt think this is was going to have romance at all when i saw the teaser for the first time( a few weeks ago) and i think they added the romance tag recently cuz i dont remember seeing it when i came here last time , but i got disappointed knowing they probably will add romance but its not between the leads.... I also like slow burns with little love interaction and i can tell that i´m going to love the contact between the master and fl, they made laugh a lot only in the first episode
Its the fact i was literally rewatching "Love between fairy and devil" a few minutes ago and when i entered YouTube and BAAAAMMMM i notice this.
Whoever made the trailer ATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS....the cinematography from this drama is going to be AMAZING and i can feel that the plot is also not something that i usually go for but OMG it looked SOOO GOOOD
from the closing theme song, i think it looks like ren tian zhen will be paired with xu meng, not sun tou tou…

I just love Zhao Lu Si comedic timing, she is one of the most versatile actress that i have ever seen i always laugh a lot with her but she can also make me cry a river.
The first two episodes were good, im sad we didnt had the normal 6 episodes release, with only 2 episodes it felt very anticlimactic, but i will for sure continue this drama.
It my first time seeing both male leads but so far so good, loved the chemistry between the character of the father and FL they made laugh the most. The chemistry between mother and father was also so good, they look so cute together
