Now this… this is a real bromance content!

I was debating with myself: should I rate this an 8.5 or a 9? When watching the 6th episode, I thought a 9 is a little too high, since I’m not really a fan of reality shows. This is my first adventure trip show, and I can’t really say I enjoyed everything here. Some parts are a little boring for my taste—like the driving parts or the animal hunting parts—but I just can’t skip those scenes! The casts were too good to be skipped, really! My favorite part of this show is the cooking parts. Oh how I love Chef Bong! Every night and every morning, these 4 boys would gather around like hungry hyenas cooking with whatever ingredients they have left, but would turn out like a masterpiece! Love love love every second of it!

After watching this show, I begin to think beyond what I watched. All this time, watching shows, I would just enjoy what was shown in the show. Never have I ever thought about how hard it is for the camera man, who had to follow around the casts everywhere, unable to enjoy the trip. These boys, are super thoughtful, and super kind, and I’m inspired by them when watching this show. They showed true bromance, and I can really feel their love for each other. It was those simple things they do for each other that touched my heart, and I’m so grateful that I get to see how kind they are as a normal person, not a celebrity. The feeling is so real in this show: you feel happy when they’re happy—like when they started the trip in the first place, or when they finally arrived at Victoria Falls, or when they eat something so incredibly delicious, or even when they fart around each other, and you feel sad when they are too—like when they poured their hearts out every night and that one time at Dune 45, or when they officially finished the shoot and had to go back home. I was so sad it was over, and I realized they wouldn’t get to meet with each other that often anymore.

I also want to give extra appreciation to the editors who add in all the captions. It was super informative, super entertaining at times, and super duper inspiring at the end. I have a soft spot for great endings, and that’s the main reason why I decided to rate this show a 9 instead of an 8.5. The captions, the touching flashback, the real bromance, what can I ask for more? This show healed my longing for Reply 1988, and I have to say this was my comfort show. After a long day, I just get to lay down in my bed watching these 4 boys enjoy their trip in Africa, and pretending that I’m there with them. This was a great great show I really recommend with you all! 감사하다!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
