I told myself they were trying to make a comedy, but even then it's simply trash, or rather completely trashy trash. Whoever wrote this - go find a job that doesn't involve writing. I feel deeply sorry for a gifted actor like Kim Seong Hyuk that he or his management agreed to play in this. Please don't ever do this again.
I do like some of the short Korean series, but I'm tired of seeing a depressed drunk guy sitting with a sober guy in a deserted bar, who then has to take him home, piano music always playing in the background. I understand it's hard to make a series with near to zero budget, but I wish writers would be a little more creative.
Okay, this may not be BL. But I wish many BL couples had a chemistry like these two. Holy cow, their eye contact is mesmerizing. - Brilliant performance by Krist, and kudos to the make-up department. It took me 8 episodes to notice Krist is Li Pou.
This gives mad "Theory of Love" Redux vibes, I wonder if there is going to be a shower crying scene....
TBH I hope there won't, because as much as I love TeeTeePor, no one can cry as heartbreakingly in a shower as Gun - one of the most iconic BL scenes ever.
I watched it to the bitter end (which wasn't even an ending) because I like Hearth, and I think Poom Nitipoom (Tao Sor) did a decent job. But the writing was the worst I've seen in a long time., so the series turned out to be a complete waste of time.
Episode 9 (finale) is out now. I've enjoyed this series - true, it's low budget, and the acting a bit clumsy. But the boys are cute, and their coming out story comes across a lot more naturally than many of the "rich kids" Thai BL series.
Ep 8: Omg my jaw is literally on the floor for that NC scene 🙈😲. That was beautiful omg. I really like the…
Jed Chung is amazing, as are the three other leads, but even the support actors like the dad, the doc, WanZhe's mum, brother Hong and the two young ones all know how to act.
There used to be the curse of episode 11 (or of the penultimate episode if there were more or less than 12 episodes) in Thai series. Looks like the writers followed this rule. My hope is that they won't mess the whole series up by an ending like in "Make our days count" or "Stay with me".
