Episode 8 was the best imo so far. Fluke was gorgeous; DanYok are a great couple. OffGun also brilliant today. White and Sean trusting each other is a big step forward. I'm liking "Not me" more and more.
Although the script of the final episodes partly contradicted the story of season 1, and despite the technical flaws (when the sound was awful in the most dramatic scenes) I still think it is one of the best Bl series I've watched so far. The acting of the entire cast is brilliant, and it is the more annoying that they - according to what some actors claim - were not paid properly. This leaves an ugly stain on the memory of this beautiful series, and may be one explanation why it got relatively few views on youtube.
Although I still feel sorry for Non, Valen and Kaitoon are a lovely couple and actually deserve each other. The way they communicated nonverbally in the kitchen at the beginning of ep 4 was super cute, as were all the other flirty scenes. It was good that the episode focused on Valen and Kaitoon and didn't waste too much time on the minor characters.
Yeahh I'm not exactly sure why the acting is this way. Do you think the issue may be partly with speaking English,…
It could well be that it's because of the language. Eurwin for example seems to be completely self-conscious or inhibited here. I just watched a short clip from Your Home again where he speaks Tagalog and obviously feels more comfortable.
Ep 4 was awful again, although the photography was beautiful at times, and no dog was pushed around in a pram. I liked Eurwin in "Your Home" - his acting there appeared much more natural than in "Rainbow Prince", so I think he can do better than this. Adrian is a rookie, a very hot rookie, but he needs to take some acting lessons.
Haha. Fast progress? It's eps 8 already, only two more eps. From the beach to the bathroom, it's only been just…
I dropped "My toxic lover", too. - The writing in "He's mine" is even worse than in previous Ranz Gonzales series, and I would be surprised if there was a happy ending for Luke and Callix because Ranz Gonzales' main couples usually don't end up together. I'm watching this only for the handsome cast, although their tiktoks are more entertaining than this series. I wonder why LJ Russell signed with Ranz Gonzales, because he's the only one of this cast who has acting skills.
Finally we're getting what we've all been waiting for - a high school/university basketball series. I love the unlimited innovation and creativity of Thai BL writers.
I've always liked Kaownah, but what the hell have they done to that poor guy? He looks like a pumped up Barbie doll. Turbo is surprisingly good as Anda. I watched the Japanese movie a couple of days ago, and now this series seems veeery slooow.
For some reason I doubt he died or not yet. We have seen several of their fate which turned out to be something…
I took a look at eps 2 and 6 again, and I think it's the same actor, but different make-up in the apology scene. What he did to Mark may have been child abuse, or he could have stolen his boyfriend, or he may have forced him to come out to his family against his will, or he may have destroyed his family in another way. I guess they'll tell us in the remaining episodes.
For some reason I doubt he died or not yet. We have seen several of their fate which turned out to be something…
As I said, in this series you never know. Scientists' miscalculation and the meteor missing planet earth would be too mundane, a second chance in another life would sound too happy an ending, but it would provide a chance for a season 2. I'm excited to see how ( or maybe if) the story will end.
