It's not stockholm syndrome. She's not kidnapped nor is she confined in a position where she has limited choices. She sees more than the eyes can see, she somehow see that beneath all the lies and the facade, the ML is actually a decent guy. I mean, he's saved her time and again and that's where you'll notice that things started to change for her.
