the ending happy and satisfying, the whole series migjt look depressing from afar, but it's so good, fun, has so much warmth. made me really happy, feel all emotions. there is sm growth in each character.its so well written and executed
it was a shit season, too heavy, some of the contestants were just there to have deep talks about there life. i get it, character development is imp, the growth, experiences and all, but do that somewhere where there are no cameras, not on a show, just to waste footage and taking chance for others who could've actually wanted to be on show to FIND LOVE. like that 15 year old relationship giy, the 20 year old kid. There were too many know people, ofc you feel attracted already, cause you had a past. This season was too heavy, i couldn't even be excited for anyone, root for anyone. I just finished it because I had started it, and somehow like a fool i wanted to know how it ended. So many days they were coming and going, they don't even earn with coffee truck that much, and have date after that, spend more than that 😂

oh today's 8th episode was so damn satisfying that I kept clapping with a smile on my face, and even gave a loud fingertip whistle. It was so liberating, funny, idek how to explain it. BRUH, i have teared up while watching the past episode, this week was so so sooooo GOOD. I fell in love with this drama because it was so different from what I had been watching, as I was a newbie in the K drama world. Jang Hae-in took me by surprise, and ever since I've been his avid fan. This series is so lighthearted and soft in a way I can't explain, give a cozy n warm feeling, wrapped up in a blanket during cold winter
i was here for Jung Hae-In episodes, and their family(friend group ) did not disappoint. It felt so good watching them. It was also funny who hell bent they were on finding out their manito the besssssst!!!
The ending decisions saved this series and their asses, i would have been so pissed if it has any other outcomes... moved it from 4.5 to 6.5/ just because of that
Happy that Kim Woo-jin & Hong Ji-yeon got back together, i bet his sincerity got through. JY wasted so much time with trying to build smth with WJ(causing more problems for JH to mend their past relationship), but she came home at the end, that's what mattered for me, I saw her across train track, and nth of her past action mattered, cause our guy WJ won.
I was looking most forward & rooting for Jung Won-kyu & Park Ji-hyun, so damn glad she made up with him, i hope they date for good time; take the next step. Not only does WJ changed himself , his mindset for her, he genuinely wanted to be good for her, and i hope JH also makes some pretty damn positive changes if she wants for it to work, like stop being so downright mean, sarcastic and comparative.
It's liberating too see Jo Yoo-sik get out of that damn car, cause even if they had a 8 or 7 yr long relationship, Kwak Min-kyung was... is the the biggest manipulator I've seen on TV, the way she brings useless amount of stuff from past, say it with "very weird combo of resting bitch face + tears in her eyes", JUST BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO HOLD HIM DOWN. selfish af. after pulling all that BULLSHIT till the last truth game ep, just saying sorry 2-3 times doesn't cut it.
(for the record, somewhere we all knew that Jo Yoo-sik & Park Hyun-ji weren't gonna work, they were not being realistic, they were just having "Sseom", shared same fluttering feeling while being in the show, but outside of it is nth possible. They got out of their respective complicated relationships n feeling. Therefore, all well if it ends well.)
Park Hyun-ji, don't even make me start y'all.. like biggest mistake was bringing two of her ex's.... it was so damn obvious that Shin Seung-yong was just there to give the love triangle, and drama. Completely understandable that Seong Baek-hyun and her have some unexplainable bond because they shared some pretty hardcore shit that life threw at them, BUT they kept confusing it with love as romantically, even after ending the relationship 5 yrs ago.
BH better treat Choi Yun-nyeong with at most sincerity, shower her with love she fcking DESERVES. My boi Lee Jae-hyung became a side character y'all, he either didn't get enough time with his likeable connection, cause they all were busy with themselves. I hope he finds someone outside that really clicks with him.
