This drama is really meaningful!!!! Give it a try and ignore some bad reviews
I came across this drama and decided to read the reviews to see if it is worth it. After reading the lowest review on here, I decided to drop the drama. However, I saw the trailer of the main lead when I was on FB and it caught my attention. I then decided to give this a try and I am so glad I did. I don't know why the person complains this drama involves so much about deaths/funerals. I mean the FL works at a funeral, do you expect to see weddings there or something? I also don't get it why they complain the main characters just stay on the side when others cry during the funerals. I mean the main leads work there, yes, they are sad, but of course we have to leave the screen time for the family members. Of course everyone has their own opinion, but I just want to defend and let others know that this drama is actually worth it. Just ignore that bad review because it just didn't make sense to me. At first, I kind of dislike the FL's character but later I grew to love her. If you guys want a short drama that is meaningful, this one is for you. There were some episodes that I cried so so much. A very light-hearted drama
Wow, where do I even start? I wasn't going to watch this since there is a big age gap between the leads. However, I was so so wrong. They don't seem to have the 7 years age gap when they interact together. This drama is not dramatic, and it was actually kind of slow. But I really like it though. I like how this drama has a setting in a countryside place instead of modern city like in other dramas. The lead couple's love grows naturally. There were misunderstandings but they got resolved very quickly. Another plus point about this drama is the OST. The lyrics just fit the drama so so well. I love those scenes where 6 people gather together and eat. It is just so heartwarming. I would definitely recommend this for others to watch. This drama is lighthearted so please don't expect something too dramatic.Was this review helpful to you?
Ignore the bad reviews and give this drama a try!!!
First of all, I feel like I need to give this drama some justice. Overall, I really really like this drama. There are some parts that are so touching especially the relationship between the main leads vs their students. I like the family support in this drama as well. I see some comments about the FL being mean and how she keeps hitting the ML. To be honest, because of those comments, I said no to this drama to many times. I am glad I picked it up though. To me, the hitting wasn't dramatic or continuous, for me, it wasn't that bad like others said. I never said hitting others is right, but to me, this kind of made their relationship and encounters funny and cute. We definitely see the main lead change for the better and their love is so sweet. The whole break up thing is not even annoying because it wasn't because of anything stupid misunderstandings like we usually see in other dramas. I feel like the main leads' love grows even stronger after that. Overall, I really really enjoyed watching this drama. I seriously laughed a lot while I watched this. So give it a try, 40 eps is not a lot when the drama is so good.Was this review helpful to you?
One of the best chinese drama
It is my first time writing a review on here and I chose this drama because it is just so good. The story is very touching and light. It involves family, love, and friendship and I think all the casts did amazing jobs portraying their characters. I never cry that much while watching any dramas but this one just hits me different. I really really adore the relationship the two main characters give us. I even get butterfly when they hug or kiss (even though it is just a light kiss). Trust me, give this drama a chance because you will not regret it. The ending is so satisfying (actually there is a small part about the dad that I wish it could end better, but I guess it is just the reality). Now talking about the chemistry between the two mains. HOLYYYYY COWWWWWW I AM GOING CRAZY BECAUSE THEY ARE SO FRICKEN ADORABLE. There were small fights but it is very understandable since the FL is still in college while the ML graduated for awhile already. The ML is so soft and the FL is very bubbly. And lemme tell ya'll, the osts are amazing ok...one of the OST is performed by our lovey dovey main lead couple so it adds another point to this drama. Overall, I truly adore this drama and I would forsure rewatch it again. Not surewhy some people are complaining about the story and acting (I guess everyone has their own opinions) but please please give this a try.
