as much as I know the raw material is enough for censorship. you are just not allowed to add new scenes and dialog. a while back they only needed to take the script to the censorship even without any footage.

I desperately hope that I am wrong tho. but think about it. if they're postponing it because of the unfinished high level CGI, then it should at least take a year and a half. like the untamed. so, in the best situation it should be ready to air in March 2022. (also CGI has nothing to do with censorship)
if I remember correctly the untamed took a year and a half to air after the shooting was finished. however, the level of CGI was quite low (not bad but not the best). apparently hyx is said to have a high level of CGI. therefore, my bet is on august next year. I suggest we all leave and get a life, put a reminder for next year and relax.

I agree with both of you. as a 27 year old with no love experience I can say that there are some aspects of relationship that you won't know until you start one. however, the level of inexperience that they portrayed in the teaser was middle school level XD hahaha. based on tharntype 1&2, mame's view on a relationship is really questionable at some points.
