On Be Loved in House: I Do Jul 22, 2021
would you watch if there ever is a second season? cuz I won't waste my time again. they could perfectly rap this up in 12 episodes, yet they dragged it unnecessarily.

ignore me, i just wanna scream "CHU WANNING!!!!!!!!!!!" here and leave.
I sometimes just randomly say "shizun" or "wanning" out loud then people are like "did you say something?" and I completely ignore them.

every episode we got something like a cliffhanger and then " I Do, I Do" makes you have high hopes for the next episode. BUT nothing happens in the next episode. AGAIN. ( -_- )
honestly, the show could be 10 minutes in total and nothing would change.

This is a complicated question. I think he just really wanted someone to love and be loved by since mo ran was…
I think the bath scene, in which wanning wore moran's clothes and the book containing moran's letters over the five years were the main triggers.

I have a question about Chu Wanning.. When exactly was the point where he realized that he is in love with Moran?…
"in my opinion" it was when he woke up after five years. he always knew that he likes him but the sexual desires and the realization of love started at that point I suppose.

Hi All, anyone knows why the book translation used ‘Venerable one’? What does it even mean? What is used in…
as much as I know, in the past Chinese people didn't use "I" when referring to themselves, but an adjective that indicates their rank. taxian jun thinks of himself as a really respectful person so "venerable" which means greatly respectful. but I don't know about the chinese version.

Title The Untamed Spoiler
Um, I saw a post saying that we always talk about the scars on Lan Wangji's back that he got as a punishment for…
Jiang Cheng was indeed scarred but he wasn't bedridden for 3 years like Lan Wangji.

my experience with this drama: it was actually the first Chinese drama I have watched, I was so new to the wuxia concept and all. I also had a hard time remembering the names. so I didn't understand much in the beginning and fast forwarded most of the scenes, specially the fighting scenes and flashbacks. after finishing, I read the novel and it was so good so I went back and watched the drama again. but this time I devoured every second.
it was a roller coaster of emotion and confusion and understanding but I enjoyed it all.
it has been two years but I go back and watch some parts of it from time to time.

every time I watch this in hopes of some progress but actually nothing happens. How is that?
the actors are doing awesome yet the story (maybe even the director) is awful.

So I actually did not understand the story. Perhaps it was too fast paced for me. Could someone break it down…
hey there. I'm not really good in english but I try to tell you what I understood.
there is a guy named Po Xiao who has something like a secret weapon in form of tattooed letters all over his body. let's call it the manuscript. this guy is supposedly blind and the manuscript should only be read by "good people". therefore, a guy named Feng Ren helps Po Xiao to deliver the manuscript to the "good people".
Feng Ren starts suspecting Po Xiao, and it turns out that he was not blind from the beginning. however, using a magic formula Po Xiao proves to Feng Ren that he actually is carrying the secret manuscript.
During their journey they encounter many obstacles and some people who try to steal the manuscript but Feng Ren protects Po xiao.
In the end when they are surrounded by the enemy, Feng Ren feigns his death and sends a bird to a friend in the border to help Po Xiao leave.
years pass but Po Xiao doesn't forget Feng Ren, clinging to the words that Feng Ren will never leave him and only death can do them apart. at last Feng Ren shows up and shows that he hasn't forgotten his promise and he has been loyal.

there are of course more details but I think I covered all the important parts.
the twist you asked about is mostly Feng Ren's death and the bird he send to his friend.

Is it romance? Does it have BL?
it's chinese so don't look for BL. however, it's Bromance which means they are friends but there are some hinted actions that makes you think they are more than friends.
if you have watched "the untamed" you'd know what I mean.

elaborate please!
I don't like it when I have a background character of an actor in my mind. specially when it's a drama that has so much potential.
If actor Zhang Linghe is gonna play as Hua cheng, I wish I hadn't know him before, specially from a BG drama.
just a personal preference .
