every scene is in such a dark background that I have to up the brightness to see something... it's doesn't have…
i too felt there was something missing from catching my attention, but i'll still give it a try bc of the cast. it seems like they're laying the foundation for the drama without giving away too much.
NIS dude analyzing jeong hyuk and the ducklings' actions and spending was hilarious lmao anyway if something happens to my babies seungjun and seri i will K I L L
- i love what they did with the scene where the jangga chairman said that the way sooah described yiseo is how he sees sooah. she could've been what yiseo is to saeroyi and danbam. she lost that chance the way she lost her chance to apologize to her friend and repent and grow from that situation. sooah's character is the best written and most nuanced one so far in this show.
- yiseo calling hyunyi unnie so casually is everything! of course its what she should be doing but the change from her first reaction to this is so good to see.
- the lee david comeback was one i expected from the beginning. the drama is cliche in the way rags-to-riches/revenge stories go but its so tastefully done that you won't notice it.
- i lust LOVE the colors in this drama! you can feel the ambiance of the itaewon nightlife from the screen alone.
