I am loving this so much right now. better than the other dramas airing right now. Yaoshi and Ouyan Fen's relationship is so interesting. The 2 actors just effortlessly pull me into the drama. the 2 actress playing the female leads are also making me love their character. I laughed at lot while watching episode 3 and 4. So many scenes cracked me up.
I also got excited meeting another martial artist master: the gambler. I loved that he took Outang Fend under his wing.
It would’ve been better if there were gripping, powerful cases like the ones in Coroner’s Diary.
Sorry but the cases in Coroner's Diaries were far from being gripping and powerful even the conclusions were laking. As someone who enjoy this type of genre I by far prefered The Imperial Coroner and STOTD, Judge Dee Mysteries.So far I will put this drama on same level as TCD.
best to judge for yourself. Julia has many antis already badmouthing the drama and also you have those who do not want the drama to do better than The Coroner Diary.
the CGI is really a let down. I was expecting very good CGI. The story is not bad. I find it ok, but I am not eagerly waiting with high anticipation for the next episode. It us a quiet story for me still. I hope it will become more exciting.
