I’m curious about the context of ‘Moral Norms of Women’ by Lady Yeongbin. It’s the book that Deok Im got in trouble for having (the one given by the king). I saw a blog post by @thetalkingcupboard that had the list of the books that were showed in the drama so far. @thetalkingcupboard said how the book written by Lady Yeongbin is a “collection of exemplary historical women’s biographies”.
From the press conference, I heard the drama will reference new historical records about Deok Im + San that were discovered after The Red Sleeve novel was published.
Now the head court lady is just reduced to a petty villain 😭 she’s doing this all out of revenge smh, she’s…
Although she’s evil, I don’t think she’ll directly harm Deok Im as of now (like earlier in the episode how she was surprised that Deok Im got caught). I do hope she truly cares about court ladies.
