I totally agree with you. It's clear that the apology was purely forced, just because the brand demanded it and they got caught. A person who has the audacity to do that to the totem and even film it to hunt for engagement isn't truly sorry; it's already part of the person's rotten nature and essence. It's the kind of attitude that no excuse can cleanse!

The brand released a statement saying that it has already taken action and fired the employees responsible, and the person who damaged the totem also had to record a video apologizing to Jiarui and the brand. 🤭
