The idea of restarting your life doesn't make sense to me. I know you mean it figuratively but restarting your life is not possible. In reality, you only get to be born once and you always have the knowledge and wisdom you've accumulated. This is not something like where you need change schools and start fresh, this is your family which you have joined and your child.

Men are absolutely criticized if they abandon their families and do not not provide. ep 1 is a hard watch personally but I think it is slowly building
