Lou Jian: Imperial Coroner 2 has finished editing. I went back and re-tuned it again, and added some more playful touches—such as showing the actors’ OS (inner thoughts) while listening to the other person speak. The audiovisual language in the second season is better than in the first, and the actors have all matured—no more baby fat. However, there probably won’t be a third season. Both the internal and external conflicts have already been fully told, so I’m not able to continue filming it.
