I paid a VIP subscription on iQiyi, only because it says here that is available on iQiyi, only to end up with the money spent for nothing. As much as I remember, the site where the license is restricted to some territories were not posted. If you post something like that you should put a notice. This time wasn't my first time experiencing something like this in MDL, but it was first time when I paid for my stupidity. It's funny that a post of mine about a site where a drama was stream was rejected based on the restricted license, but so many people are able to post this kind of thing. Thank you, MDL
