DXY being suppressed is either cause of that weapon he got hit or his mother sealed his bloodline thats why it isnt fully unlocked. 2.there could be 2 elder demon spy. 1 I think that god tample elder(red rob). 3.that demon is the demon god, it is dormant for 20 years after it defeated in war. Now it is planning resurrection.

Her is being demon or not isnt simple. There could be another meaning. In another trailer her master also had demon aura surrounding him. So there could be more to it.
