Não sei o nome do drama em português porque cada plataforma muda e cada canal do telegram também, mas você pode encontrar links no comentário com spoiler da Jwells para esses dramas verticais.

The automatic subtitles from Chinese to English already change the name a lot, then it goes from English to Portuguese, and it gets even worse lol

You need to watch it on the computer, activating the CC subtitles, and automatically translate and English subtitles will appear. There really isn't any built-in, almost all the links with embedded subtitles crashed... I just tested it in English and it worked.
