Finally finished!! I just completed this one and I absolutely loved it! The world-building is amazing, and I love how the story flows while keeping you guessing with its mysteries. Mu Dai’s character is my favorite. She’s so bright, positive, and optimistic, but also a kung fu master. She’s total "cute badass" energy, balancing her cute, innocent side with pure power. The story had me hooked from start to finish. Everything felt balanced, perfect, and never over-the-top. Plus, that ending was so beautiful and satisfying, a proper happy ending! The bond between the main five was fantastic too, each character had a unique personality and back story, yet they completed each other so well. It blends family, romance, and comedy effortlessly. The only downside was the CGI during the first omen (the ancient shells) case. It felt a bit meh, and that specific arc was a little exaggerated and oh my god my reaction's just 🤨. Fortunately, their chemistry carried the show right through to the next chapter! This has become my favorite sci-fi C-drama. Overall, it's a wonderful blend of mystery, sci-fi, family, romance, and comedy that I'd highly recommend!
You should also give Parallel World a try. It is super good.
Yes I will. I see some well-known actors and actresses (especially because Bai Yu there) so I'll take a look at the story first. Let's see if it will hook me up or not hihi. Thank you for your recommendation.
I'm starting to give this a try, 2 episodes on and it's good, especially the fight scene between the ML and FL. It's so satisfying. Hopefully it'll be good till the end.
Just finished this :)) This is my first drama of sci-fi fantasy genre, I watched this bcs I wanted to see the chemistry of Reba and Xingxu. The first 10 episodes were fairly engaging with a good amount of thrill, though it still didn't quite capture the true essence of the Nanshan Hunters—it made them look surprisingly weak. That said, Dilraba and Chen Xingxu were absolute visual serving! (8/10) The middle arc, after Uncle Jiang gets kidnapped, turns into a solid action drama. Their preparation, strategy, team bonding, and alliances make them feel genuinely heroic and show how strong they are when working together. On top of that, the sweet romantic chemistry between the lead couple (Dilraba and Xingxu) as well as the side couple (Lin Ling and Lv Xian) added great depth and complexity to the story. (Almost 9/10) Unfortunately, the last 4 episodes fell flat. The chemistry faded, and pushing unnecessary romance right into the middle of life-or-death situations ruined the tension. Yan Tuo suddenly gaining niche knowledge that even the Nanshan Hunters themselves didn’t know felt completely forced. He’s smart, but without any prior setup in that area, it ended up undermining the rest of the Nanshan Hunters. The climax lacked impact, Nie Jiuluo’s fight felt underwhelming for a Mad Blade, and everything was completely all over the place. With too many absurd and illogical scenes, the ending felt unnatural and rushed. (7.5/10)
Is this good? I come here after watching love on the turquoise land (which is my first drama with this kind of genre) that I finally end it with an unsatisfied feeling, hoping any other dramas with this kind of genre will be better. Please kindly give me a review about this drama 🙏 thankyouu

I'm a poor and I'm stuck at eps 15 bcs I can't but express 😭😭😭 I was starting this yesterday night and binge-watching all 15 episodes, it's sooo gooood oh my Goddd! Finally an epic drama with great story and plotline, realistic and big impact character developments, beautiful cinematography, and also their chemistry?! I already fell in love ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
The drama CGI is so goood since the last time I watch kdrama sageuk themed like this ✨️✨️ It has the same vibes as The Haunted Palace.. since I've been into cdrama more recently, I think this is the first time in a while I watch kdrama with this much quality again 👏
I'm currently watching this and it is super good! 20 eps down, 8 eps left! I'm anticipating this drama but not expecting too much about the chemistry of Hou Minghao and Aimi, but turns out they build it very good and smooth.. kinda feel like enemy to lovers troop, adding some arranged marriage, but without any overly intimate scene between them is enough to radiating the tension of love from both.. Xiao Wuyi and Xie Jiayu, they looks so cute together🥰
woww slow down dude.. is there any my comment that shows misogynistic? 🥲 thanks for the judgement, but I review this pure from the character and story building that I watched.. I saw them a bit lacking and here is my review, but overall I still enjoy the show tho. get yourself some air bro
Wow I just read comments saying that most of the actors and actresses are dubbed?? by another voice actor?? really? I thought even it is dubbed, it will be done by the actor and actress themselves..?
