Title Reset Spoiler
first time watching china's drama..i realized that almost older woman in this drama are really annoying especially…
I agree! I couldn't understand why they were wasting so much time with "stop the bus". Like you have been through this loop infinite times, you know shouting at him isn't going to make him stop. They needed direction that was a little more action oriented I feel. There were times I really questioned why the characters were so slow in action- even though it was only 15 eps I still felt a lot of it dragged.

Title Reset
Pretty good, the senior actors were all amazing, esp Mengmeng's mom and Captain Zhang. The main FL was really frustrating at times, esp in the first few episodes. I feel like the actress still needs to learn to convey more emotions, more so when the script requires her to be afraid to speak. Instead of sympathy I was just getting annoyed with her, regardless of the fact that I understood her motives for being like that. The ML was great, want to see him in more things!

Overall a good plot of a groundhog day and definitely different from a lot of Cdramas out there. Worth the watch!

If you want to watch this, watch out for delusional sFL and in the first half sML :D they were mood killers but…
I felt bad for the SFL actress though. She must have been reading her lines going, I swear I have said this entire paragraph like 3 times already in the last 2 episodes. The writers gave her NOTHING to work with. I almost had her speech memorized half way through the drama.

This is just sugar and fluff and rainbows. It's totally what I wanted and perfect if you are looking for fluffly romcom with not much substance. But the acting is decent, the script is funny if full of cliches and the chemistry is good. Kind of didn't really need the last 4 episodes though.

I kind of wish the FL did more things on her own rather than have things basically handed to her by the ML and SML, it just felt like she had zero real achievements in life. The writer kinda redeems her in the end but for the most of the drama you end up rolling your eyes with how much is "fixed" for her by men. Also in the beginning the interactions between the main leads feel very forced and it does take time for them to get into the groove of acting so the viewer doesn't feel awkward watching them, but be patient, it get better! Love how in the end he could never keep his hands off her.

I swear the FL falls more in one ep than I have in my whole life, watching these dramas sometimes makes me wonder if continuously falling in the arms of a cute guy is the way to his heart.

Title 365: Repeat the Year Spoiler
The only thing I didn't understand was why the main leads were so trusting of everyone despite constantly being proven wrong. Everyone who went through the reset turned out to be morally corrupt (except them and unsurprisingly the ex-convict). Even early on I was like, ok something isn't right about the young girl, and the old man/professor really seems off. I would have started doing research on the people in the group wayyy early on if I were in there shoes. Not only cause everyone seems suspicious but also - to try find more links between the member. This was the biggest flaw in the drama, but I guess a necessary one to keep the plot moving.

About 3/4 through you begin to suspect that he was wrong to go back to save his partner and then when its proven true, as a viewer you really feel the ML's pain. After all that to find out he is the evil one. It was like a knife through the heart.

Really a great fast paced drama that makes you second guess you guesses. Although some things were easy to conclude, the drama does decent job of making you think "what if I'm wrong?", so that was the fun part of watching this.

The time travel was handled quite well and there weren't massive plot holes I could find. Like other people said, the FL in this was actually given brains and the ability to be more than just set piece in the background like some of these dramas do. Not as brilliant as FL in Signal but she was written very well!

Don't hesitate to watch this, I can't believe I never heard of it in 2020 and only found it now. Where was I even in 2020?

I agree, the drama should have shown more sweet moments of the leads together. Was the shot of them walking together…
Yeah I watched those two scenes as well, but it was like such a last minute slapdash tacked on quickly event, it left me feeling empty. Really could have done without the revenge plot and focused on the real culprit behind the whole affair. They could have made that more intriguing. But when you have 30 eps to fill - this is the problem I face watching almost all C-dramas. They inevitably go downhill in the second half because they have too many episodes to fill with pointless subplots that viewers will FF through.

Cdramas could learn from kdramas and jdramas and be ok with cutting down episodes to 20 or 16. They would automatically rise in quality imo.

I also expected more scenes with the main leads in the second half, showing them getting closer as the FL's icy…
yeah agreed! I didn't hate her character, I just hate what the scriptwriters did with her. I mean they showed her taking all these actions but they failed at giving the viewers the satisfaction of watching the two of them actually being lovers. Just glimpses here and there, which would have been fine if they didn't build up to it SO MUCH in the first half!

Ikr? I really felt cheated in the second half. C'mon they have this torturous first half and that makes you look forward to the leads together in the second half and it was.....so underwhelming. You also kind of feel bad for Wallace's character like - this is the girl you pined over forever for? The writers did the FL dirty by making her THAT cold (I understand her reasoning and all but still....)

Omg, this was the funniest and fluffiest rom-com I have ever watched. I can't believe I have not heard of it before and that I only found it scrolling through Dilraba's profile by chance. The comedy is so slapstick you would think it would come off as cheap but the script, the acting and production make it work so well. And then the romance is wonderful at the same time.

Hats off the writer! People underestimate how hard it is to write something that is consistently funny through out a movie and this was just so amazingly well written. I was rolling around laughing my head off whilst still getting all the feels in this movie. SO WORTH THE WATCH. It's not dumb at all, it's hilarious and heartfelt at the same time.

"Broccoli and cauliflower....you can't be together" LOL.

Yeah gotta agree with you, lately if you want a jdrama romance I just come across the adultery theme a lot. What's…
Oh thanks for the response. I mean it's endemic in every country but yeah I did check with my friend in jp and she confirmed that most gfs/wives won't consider their men being with a sex worker as cheating.... like.... wth. D: D: D:

"where the characters that cheat aren’t villains, they don’t show remorse, and they even rationalise and justify their infidelity." - this so much. So MANY adultery jdramas portray their characters like this.

Also God the ending- We wait 30 eps of this agonizing love story and we don't even get to see a real reconciliation of the main leads. Just a distance shot of them walking together as a family. WHAT A RIP OFF.

People hating on the FL- yeah I can see it, the writers dragged her character for ages, but I still can understand the hate she had for the ML's dad. He was horrible to her, that pain isn't easily forgotten esp since he never once respected her till the end. Still the writers could have made her love towards the ML stronger in the second half (apart from when she helps him recover).

The revenge plot was so boring, and it would have been much better if the focused on catching the secretary. I mean the WHOLE thing revolved around the fact that grandpa possibly framed her dad, and they rush the discovery in the last 10 mins of the final episode. That's so unsatisfying as a viewer.

As beautifully as this was shot and acted, it fell short in a lot of ways because of the decisions made for the second half of the series.

The plot was a mess, reminiscing of old dog blood drama classics. Unfortunately I lost patience for such plots…
Vicky was so amazing, and her friendship with Wallace's character is #goals.

First half was great, and the acting was superb. The second half had me ff through everything, it became less about the main couple and about all these subplots I wasn't that interested in. Would have been better if they didn't add the random revenge plot and continued to focus on the main leads through out the series. Also 20 eps would have been enough for this.

It was however really well directed and beautifully acted, Wallace Chung blew me away with his ability to emote sometimes without saying a word. I thought he was ok in previous dramas but this one he reaaalllly stands out. Just wish the drama would have given us more of the main leads in the second half.

Dropped at ep 4, man I was hoping to like the FL since she seemed to have a bit of backbone but wow, no she's just really immature and seems to have no basic manners? Also the gravity of her situation never seems to sink in to her?

Also the filler scenes, even with the main leads are so boring. I can't imagine watching 20+ eps of this.

Kingdom, yes. Happiness, no. The residents in Happiness never even made it out of their complex and they only…
But the fact they didn't have to move around wasn't a reason that Happiness wasn't as good as or better than AoUAD. Happiness 'thrill', if you will, came from the race against time to find a cure. Also where Happiness stood out was treating the zombie virus as just that- an illness. There was a lot of weight put on the value of human life which was refreshing in a genre that usually is about the most number of kills.

It was a show that relied heavily on the acting and the cast did really deliver in that show. The zombies in my opinion were far scarier in Happiness, than AoUAD although Kingdom had the best ones so far.

Yes, cause if you have food and comfortable shelter - it makes no sense to leave. Why would you go running around if you have safety in your home when there are zombies running around?
