Yet you seem to have watched 54 Korean dramas and only 34 Chinese ones. Why so much hatred for something you like too? Chinese dramas are awesome but I don’t have to hate korean dramas to appreciate them. You don’t either. The world literally inspires each other into growing. Nothing wrong with that.

I am 16 episodes in and it's meh. I don't exactly like any of the characters. The drama quotient is too high- which is to say, literally all the doctors keep having mid-life crises in the middle of a surgery which is amplified (sometimes in slo-mo for extra drama) and makes me feel scared for the patients on their table, each of whom deserve more no-bullshit doctors. The dialogues are cringy and super idealistic that make me wonder which 15 year old wrote them.
The best thing perhaps is the chemistry between the ML and the FL, which is fire. But the amount of romance is low. Like at most 5 minutes in a 60 minute episode.

The sad ending wasn’t even the worst thing about that drama tbh. I hate the way it lost all sense and was forced into a sad ending. That’s what hurt most.
Yes! I watched the first two episodes of Tomorrow. That was fun. I missed the ending OST. Will pay more attention next episode lol.

If the drama is true to the manhwa, there will be no romance. The ML does gather a harem of women through the course of the story who have a crush on him but he doesn’t reciprocate the feelings of any of them as he was too focussed on his revenge and considered the possibility of endangering both himself and his partner if he were to get involved romantically. He eventually seems closest to Kim Hee Ah though, and they might show good chemistry and the slightest romance in the show.
