My theory of how he got back. There was a manjurock that had not been discovered from the future that was left in Joseon times and it was identical to the new one he wrote that brought her back. He had the missing page that would fit in other book when found. He probably scoured that cliff area below to find it. All he had to do was wait for solar eclipse with the found book match the missing page and say the words to summon the book taking him to her in tje future. Also she was chanting those words from the book from the future that could have triggered it if he was doing it to. . If he prepared well he probably had hidden treasures he brought with him to the future. He could be very wealthy in future. I loved tje ending!
Is the mean kid in their class named Shen also? Could she have adopted a kid from his family? We know she would not have married that guy. I am wondering if she ever got married at all. The son is not remembering things properly, Maybe the dad brainwashed him.

I am going to call it. I think she killed her dad in self defense and he took the fall and went to prison for her. I think he faked his death so she would go on with her life but then could not stay away. He wanted her to be happy so she might have tried with another man and had her son. We know he is not Xuns biological son. I think their present day selves our trying to change the past. But then they would not have their children. I am wondering if the daughter was adopted somehow. It seems strange he would have moved on with another woman the way he loved her.
