Suspension of belief is too much for me to enjoy this drama. Why is a teacher responsible for the cost of the…
she screwed up the booking that's why they had to rebook somewhere else and pay again out of pocket. idk about sports funding in china, especially for a high school soccer program that had been previously defunct until recently but I would assume the students likely had to buy their own food. her treating them was just treating them, not an obligation.
I love Pursuit of Jadeādonāt get me wrong. Changyu is a compelling character, especially considering how much…
she didn't replace him in going to battle because she thinks he weak. she did it because he's injured and also because she believes he is just a lowly foot soldier that it wouldn't be significant if she takes his place.
Iām glad they didnāt make her a Mary Sue. She isnāt some genius who happens to be a great fighter. Sheās…
i'm not about to scour through these thread to see all your grievances if you can't bother to share. anyway, that only thing I saw -- I don't agree that it's dumb.. and even if it was.. she didn't do it because she's a country bumpkin lmao. it's a human flaw not a country bumpkin characteristic. she's a country bumpkin but she's not a dumb bumpkin. your stance is very incorrect.

haven't seen anything other than you said something about her trading the captured prince for food. i would say that's more "rash" or "not caring of the consequences" when taking a necessary action rather than dumb. and how do you even bridge that action to being a "bumpkin" lol.
the way they're making it look when the story is on zhao and her husband makes me nervous AF. it seems like rainbows and butterflies on the surface but it's like that marriage is bound to crumble. idk is it just me? lol
it wasnāt supposed to be an anti hero type of story anyway.
lol I know now after reading the summary post. just a story about a psycho, no redeeming traits to even root for tbh now that i'm aware about the rest of the story..
She couldn't come up with a better way to kill her father. She's still young, trying to go to college to become…
what do you mean "killing" is too strong? she killed him lol what?
I didn't say don't kill him. I meant she could've done it cleaner.. plenty of routes to do it where nobody gets in trouble/caught. getting mr choi involved is one thing but then pinning a murder on him is sick. especially when he's a good dude, it would be one thing if she set up a another scumbag to take the fall (two birds with one stone type thing)
the father was a nobody ex-con.. wouldn't be that hard to kill and rid of him without raising any alarm. all her scheme did was bring unnecessary attention.. thus needing a "scapegoat"
