Not sure why you felt like FL actions weren’t attractive. She knew both were in love and she was following him to make him confess what they had felt for each other. On the other hand 2ML who you consider too good did even worse petty actions. When ML was blamed for a wrongful acquisition over his dad, 2ML used the chance to distance ML from FL. Soon when he made sure that his past isn’t exposed, he hurried to coerce FL despite her lack of interest in him. Even in the beginning, FL was brought to work for him because he knew her personally ( according to his confession in later episodes ). So he wanted to use work as a reason to get close to her. Almost everything 2ML done was to get her love. Though 2ML was pitiful for losing both his loves in the way he did, he had much more selfish motives behind all his actions.

Doesn’t really matter. Ning Yi character didn’t have the spark required when it was left alone in S1. Song Yi made the scenes vivid and pleasant.

There are subtle hints in future episodes that Jiang Mi have the strength to be swordsman. Xu Feng Nian’s mother believed that he will fall in love with a skilful martial arts woman and has left her sword as betrothal gift which will be Jiang Mi’s.

If you didn’t get absorbed into the drama in first 4 episodes, it will be hard for you to cross next 25 episodes. These episodes explores the relationships and household struggles of our leads. There won’t be much action or wuxia type godly things. But mostly how people pretend, scheme, manipulate in subtle manner like real life.

Completed the drama in quick time. Only complaint I have is that there is no 74th episode.

There are few fight scenes but the strong point of this drama is highlighting several relationships and their conversations which easily gets overshadowed in every other dramas. Many times you get awed and absorbed into the fine details of her life and rewatch again and again to feel it.
