I've read about 3 volumes of the manga and based on how the drama decided to adapt the premise, they probably could make more if they wanted too. IMO it's kind of difficult to adapt every chapter of the manga in a super faithful manner because they're basically just various scenarios that Tatsu experiences on a day-to-day basis. The drama had the general "feel" of the manga but definitely did their own thing with the characters.
